Rooms are a bit dated and the whole resort needs a little love but the pools are awesome. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bit overpriced. Beautiful setting on the lake.

Utilized the spa and hot springs. Treatment was great but I general the facilities feel a bit dated. The resort feels like more of a family destination.

The people working the front desk were friendly. The people in the cafe and restaurant as well.

When we walked into our room though it was still dirty, so went back downstairs and the lady gave us a new room. I could hear the cleaners saying to eachother, Well it s not our fault it s not clean. Just didn t like walking into a dirty room with my kids who like to touch everything. I know it happens though, so it s fine.

Stayed on the East side (newer), room 5512. The rooms def need some updating though. The lights take a while to turn on, well they make a noise then blink first. I cleaned again once I got in the room and noticed the room wasn t as clean as it should be. Found a hair that wasn t mine in the bathroom too. Kids enjoyed the room though.

The pool was great, few dirty cups around, but it s the best thing about the hotel for sure.

Overall our stay was good, kids had fun, us as well, just not sure if I d pay to stay again. If I could just go back to the pool that d be nice.

We had such a fun and unique experience. People walking around in robes all day and night. I don't own a dog but i love dogs - its dog friendly and there are lots to pet. The hot springs are truly amazing and relaxing. On a cold night it's like an outdoor spa with lots of super friendly happy people with you. All the guests are happy! If you don't have a huge budget, lucky for you! They have an older wing that is more affordable and if you want newer, modern rooms, they have that too! We have stayed in both. You can tell the older rooms are older - drabbier, bit darker, but clean. But you spend most of your time doing other things than in your room though. The spa is beautiful and the massages are TOP NOTCH. They have afternoon tea and most guests attend, and in their robes, yet again. Its fun and relaxing. But not somewhere we'd go for more than a couple/few days. You might get bored after that because there isn't a lot more to do in the area (in the winter anyway)

A nice resort however, it feels slightly run down. Some parts of the hotel smelled exceptionally musty. Time for an update. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful though. The bar could use some healthier fare than typical bar food...hummus or olives or a veggie platter would be a nice option

This is a nice drive from Vancouver. The scenery is great. Try to get a room with a view of the lake.
