Davidson Recruitment Review

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Had to chase them for money they have owed. IT professionals, look for a better company.

Contracting is NEVER easy, especially when your contract ends prematurely!

I am in AWE how quickly Davidson Corporate had ME in their office re-registered all within 24 hrs. Set me up for an interview that afternoon, only to gain the position the very next day. WOW I would most certainly recommend them to everyone!!. Guys don't read the negative reviews as they are so untrue.Thank you so much Irene and Breanna.

These guys are super fast!! I applied for a job and attended a group intake for a job that fell through. They called and put me forward for jobs within my area they were filling and then when one hit I only needed to phone interview with the employer and landed an amazing opportunity with a wonderful company . Super grateful to you guys!

I was actually contracted to work with the Davidson team. The staff were lovely, the company ethics were deplorable! I applied for the perm role I was doing but wasn't advised I didn't get it until the new person had actually started. I but was offered more money to stay on and train the new staff at something I was already smashing. No, I didn't take their offer. If this is how they treat a contractor under their own roof, imagine what they are doing to you out there.

10 months ago I was contacted by Donna, one of the recruiters of Davidson. After one meeting she just dissapeared ignoring all my calls and emails. Disrespectful and unprofessional.

All that I can say is that if I wasn't for this amazing recruiting agency, I would not have been able to put food on the table for my children at Christmas. Agencies are very busy and have a tough gig ahead of them and it is a very difficult market to work in. Britt, Jordan, Elliot, Jenny - All amazing. They all looked after me. I have only great things to say about this agency.

Dealing with this agency was not a pleasant experience. Very mercenary and chasing fees. Think that they are 'experts' in their fields. Don't bother reading resume and then reject people. Or put resumes on database but to bother to contact. A consultant there named Rebecca was rude to me and did nothing to place in roles that I applied for that am suitable for. Waste of time.

Hopeless, left 5 messages over 2 weeks regarding a role that was advertised with her contact details and the lady never bothered to ring me back.

Not a pleasant experience, its really wasted my time dealing with this agency- They will ask you to send your resume but they dont bother to reply back to your emails after sending the resume.
Tried calling back to inquire after couple of days, the call goes to voicemail every time- Left messages in voicemail couple of times but they didn't bother to call back either.
