I love the facilities here. I found out on my last trip that they even have basketball and tennis courts.. Will pack the proper gear for it next time. As expected with the tourist business, their prices can climb up fairly high.. If they sent me a 30% coupon every month, I'd be there every month..

Had a wedding here and the hot tubs, scenery and overall experience was incredible. This is probably one of the BEST hotels in the Fraser Valley.

In the summer they have a big bouncy castle you can play on and even rents boats.

We are currently staying for a 3 night stay at the resort in the West wing of the hotel. It's a beautiful, aged hotel, with caring staff. The hot springs are nice to relax in, but can get a little more rowdy at night. Don't expect the "quiet areas" to be overly quiet with the surprising amount of kids staying at the resort. Overall it has been a very relaxing experience right on the waterfront.

I have been coming to Harrison resort for 15 years now. It is my favorite place to relax. The service was great before but after a Chinese investor bought the resort for cheap about 10 years ago, the quality of food and services is going worst and worst. Unfortunately lack of competition let him to be ok even with reducing the hostel quality of services and specially the food. Before the breakfast buffet was fantastic and was a first class buffet. But he cutting it off every time we go. This time the don t offer the omelette anymore. Basically the changing the full buffet breakfast to a continental breakfast and with the same price. And unfortunately he can get away with it. The same happening with dinner buffet and all other special occasions events. So this is very disappointing that a non Canadian Chinese investor get the control of our best resort in BC and just taking the quality of services down and no one cannot do anything about it.

Got roomed in the older part of the hotel. Bed (box spring and mattress) was not assembled correctly, so I had to pull the mattress off and fix it. No fitted sheet, only a to small top sheet, and no comforter or blanket, just 3 more top sheets folded together. There was a 2 room party one of the nights we stayed that was very loud, and when we called the front desk we were told others had already called. It didn't get any quieter until about 2am when another guest asked them to close there doors and be quite. The pools and the food from the restaurants were great, the customer service from the servers was also exemplary. We have stayed before and never had issues, so we will probably be back.

I am not recommended this hotel for vacation , you pay $350 for this two star hotel for a night , checking is 4 PM !! And check out at 11 AM !!! It is Christmas and you hope to see lots of decoration and sprit but sorry it is as motel in China

Very packed. Was put in a terrible room with the view of a wall. Had to upgrade to a balcony room after begging for something better. So many kids running around in the quiet pools! Will check into something else for my next hotspring trip. Got a massage and it was not good. Found out after it was not a RMT!! Too expensive. Manicure was good though.

I attended the Healing Springs Spa for a Thai Stem massage and was throughly impressed with the staff's service and friendliness. The massage was explained in great detail so I knew everything that would happen. It was my first time there and would book again.

For naming itself a "Resort" the hotel is old and hasn't been updated in at least a decade. The lobby is nice enough, but the hallways, and rooms look like something out of the shining! The hotel staff apparently have heard this numerous times before and have mentioned it to management with no change. It's a VERY kid friendly hotel, so don't expect a relaxing environment. Ended up cancelling my room and staying at another hotel down the street.

Positive: The hotel scores above all with the hotel's own hot springs (overall attractive pool area) and the really good breakfast. The location right on the lake is also convincing.

Cons: Unfortunately, the interior of the hotel urgently (!!!) needs a renovation. The hallways as well as our room had ancient carpets, the wallpaper was dirty and yellowed and the shower fitting felt 100 years old. A safe was not available in the room.

The room price and breakfast were relatively expensive, i.e. we found the price-performance ratio therefore only partially appropriate. It seemed to us that the hotel rests on its advantages (location and its own hot springs) and therefore you don't think you have to invest anything. What didn't work at all: When we arrived at 1:00 p.m., there were still trays and leftover food in the hallway in front of several rooms, which were obviously ordered via the room service. The same trays and leftovers were still standing around unchanged in the hallway a day later when we left. This strongly reinforced the impression that the hotel is being run with minimal effort and maximum income.

This resort is advertised as an amazing experience. However I was not really impressed. I paid 260 per night for a lake view room. Room was very dated..old stained carpet and the bathroom door was chipped and broken at the bottom. The patio had moss growing on it and cheap plastic patio furniture. Light fixtures were old and switch covers yellowed and old. Bar fridge was simply sitting on the floor. Closet doors were mirrored folding doors. Real sense the room was stuck in the 90s. Desperate need of a Reno also check In is at 4 i was there at 2 but there was a 40 minute wait in a line up to check in! Crazy.. On a positive the grounds are beautiful and the hot springs pools.are great. Highlights were the copper room restaurant with live music best night of the stay. For the money it was not up to snuff..I've stayed in holiday inns for less money that were way nicer with modern touches. I would not recommend this resort stay at one of the other places for less dollars.

The hot springs themselves were lovely as were the views. We enjoyed our meals at the restaurants (we tried all three), and the food was good, but not spectacular. Our room in the main hotel was very dated and tired. Just some small updates like carpeting and furniture would make a big difference.

I love this place. Everything I go back home to Vancouver to visit the family, I always stop by here for a night or 2. Pricey though... Wish they had more promotions. Silly how they charge so much for kids in the buffet but overall I'm happy with the place.

We stayed here this past weekend as we got married in a different location in Harrison. Our stay was OK, the bed was comfy, our room was cleaned in between days and the room itself had an amazing view. Management did give us a card to congratulate us but my last name was spelt wrong. I wish we could have ordered room service the night after our wedding but there was no room service menu. I also tried to call the hotel operator a few times to give my licence plate for the parking and couldn't get through. I had to walk down to the reception to get to to them. I think they could have been a little more attentive as the staff didn't really seem interested in conversing with us. I had a pretty good stay, I was just hoping for a little more.

Just disappointed with the Riverside room. It's not at all close to the resort. It would be nice if they put this initially in the description. It's just like a motor inn some place else. I find that it's very sneaky and that the customer service complained back that it's so busy they cant change it eventhough we saw that there's other rooms inside the resorts available on their website. They could've offered us a change of room right away. Although the room is very clean, the sofa in the room was stained. We tried to ask again if could change our room and finally they said we could move the next day inside the resort. If you like the convenience of having a quick access and using the amenities of the resort then the Riverside is not the room for you. My husband booked this room and he didnt read the full description. It's cheaper but just not for everybody. We were satisfied with the room we've had on our second day. It was very clean all throughout. Used to come here often a few years back every Christmas when kids were younger and we have always enjoyed it. Kudos to the housekeeping staff and the rest for their hard work. They were very helpful. Will be back again for sure.

A beautiful place to go as a couple or young family for a few days. Located beside a quaint little town, the old hotel is really the best place to stay. A nice hot springs within the hotel. The rooms are a little dated, along with the hotel, but it adds to the charm

Stay for two nights 3 days the bad part is rooms aren't clean and dusty with cobwebs. Being from the USA I consider Canadians rude. Both nigths ran across a****** waitresses. But being in the pools of the hot spring and the rest of the facility including the history of the Hotel was an outstanding experience.

Love it. If you want the real experience, shell out the money and come here. It's worth it. But try to plan for off season trips, otherwise it's crazy busy. Also beautiful in the winter, probably my fav time to go!

Check in was supposed to be at 4pm which was already pretty late in the day but they still didn't have my room ready till 5pm. Room was out dated. Tea and dessert served to everyone at 4 pm was free which was nice. Hot spring tubs were nice.

I have been going to Harrison Hot Springs Resort for years. They are usually my go to for a short trip away from home to relax. the last couple of times I have gone since Covid there has been a HUGE delay in getting our room. Please note that your normal "check-in" time at this resort is 4pm, which is pretty late in the first place IMO. we were checked in late...and if you request a late check out ( Normal check out is at 11am ) they do not allow it. We had to call and ask for a crib in our room multiple times even tho it was listed on our reservation, and did not receive one until nearly 7pm. I sat on the patio of the restaurant for nearly 20 min. with the server walking by me before she ever even asked me if i would like a drink. I expect more when I pay 300-400$ a night for a room. Its a lovely resort, with the pools and a great getaway from the city...But they have to do better if they want me to continue to be a guest there.

There are no words to describe the experience of being in a warm healing pool, surrounded by picturesque mountains and watching snow fall all around you. If you are in the area, definitely worth a visit!

Very cool and interesting property, could use some freshening up but overall a very relaxing get away spot with some decent food options in the village and hotel. Pools are actually the weak link and should be updated first.

Fantastic staff very helpful and when I realized I had forgotten my jacket in my room and was halfway to Vancouver I called the hotel and told them what I had done and said a coworker would be at the hotel in about 30 minutes and could they pick it up for me. They made I happen and not many hotels with that many rooms could pull that off with Such short notice.

The rooms here are terrible. For the price you pay for a room, it's quite small and no Air Conditioning. There are nicer hotel just before it that my friends stayed at that was way nicer and cost half of one night here. Definitely do not recommend staying here if you plan on going to Harrison.

Dated and overpriced. If you think tourist places rake people over the coals with their rates, this is the place! I've stayed in nicer Super 8 hotels in run down little towns than this place. The only thing going for it is the hot spring pools and a couple nice people at the front desk. And don't forget to take your used pool admittance wristband back to replace with a new one or they'll try to charge you $10! Like the room rate you pay isn't enough! Maybe in is heyday it was amazing, you can see it through the dated wall paint/ coverings, carpet, furnishings.

Overpriced and outdated rooms. I'd be disappointed if I paid half of what I did.
The ground floor reception, lobby and restaurants make you feel like you've just entered a fine hotel, but the rooms are a real disappointment. And the fact they're understaffed at reception so you have to wait an hour to check in. Also strict about checking out at 11am, then a long queue again to check out! No concern for customer service or customer experience.
For me this place would be the last resort!

Well.... this place is absolutely beautiful, Harrison Hot Springs.
Stunning are the views, beautiful and characteristic are the rooms and the locals are some of the nicest people I have encountered in awhile.
We came for the Harrison Dragonboat Regatta, as a Vancouver local, I guess I always felt Harrison too touristy. I stand corrected , what an absolute gorgeous spot to spend a weekend.
The pictures speak for themselves, the lake is gorgeous settled in the Fraser Valley.
Speaking of which, so many great hidden gems along the way from Beef Jerky to Fireworks.
Being part of the Regatta, meeting so many folks from Bylaw Officer, Regatta volunteers and finally all the wonderful store owners. Polite, Gracious, Informative and Funny,... the locals in Harrison made the whole weekend so valuable.
I am definitely making plans to return to Harrison however I will not be returning to the Harrison Hot Springs Resort.
I put a lot of thought into this review, and yes I think people should know.
This Place is not worth the money!!
The Staff when we first arrived were dreadful,.. I was scoffed at and ignored as I tried getting the chamber maids attention regarding a used Band Aid in our Fresh and Clean room.
Another staff member didn t even hold the door open as we were bringing our luggage into the resort, having it smash into us as she walked away on her phone!
Only after complaining and stating to the manager that this was our first impression of the place in 15 minutes, did she offer little compensation.
She was very professional and kind, just feel it was still lacking.
One of our team members was struck with a clipboard by the staff, left an abrasion.
When we spoke to another staff member about the horrific attitude from staff, she claimed the place is always booked full every week. That s all the off shore owners care about!
Never mind the rash from the pool
Anyway.....
