Not very generous when i took a bed bug down to the front desk. Yes, they gave us a different room but i had to repack and carry the luggage to it. The first room when we went in had no towels, no coffee and no toiletries. Had to call house keeping and wait 30 min. Also had to go get our own luggage, they said there was no name tag. There was a name tag all they had to do was turn it over. They did apply 50 dollars to my account but that seem very small for all the things i had to deal with. We took pictures of the bug if anyone wants to see it.
