Hard Rock hotel is the best hotel I have ever been to!

If you're looking for a place to build up memories with your little ones,

This place is amazing, staff are atentitive, the facilitys are stunning and the food is reasonable. Gives meaning to the saying, "you get what you pay for." Only criticism I would have is the range of cocktails for happy hour should not be limited and you should give the option of having different cocktails in the 2 for 1 offer rather than the same.

During the incomplete food pandemic, it closes at 12pm

After 14 years, come here again. And quite a bit complicated when checking in. Then we booked and paid directly the view pool but it turned out that we could only see the tile roof of the house ... Uda complained but he said instead we might have heard wrong ... Huft hopefully there is a follow-up ...

Not recommended for anyone who would like to hire freelance makeup artist service. Hotel management not allowing any third party service such as photographer, makeup artist & stylist, or other online spa & massage service.
There are plently other 5 starred hotel in Kuta area which allowed you to get third party services & capturing your wonderfull experience in Bali with amazing hotel design.

Children-friendly hotel.
There is a free movie on the TV, and there is a swimming pool, a slide and the like.
But there are too many people, whether it is the time or not.
And the cost of using the facilities is expensive and ants and musty in the room ..
There seems to be no ventilator in the bathroom, and overall it is humid.

A hotel with a very, very large reputation everywhere and unnecessarily, but unfortunately the Hardrock Hotel Bali, specifically in Kuta, is different from the rest of the Hardrock hotels in the countries. It is not suitable for full accommodation. Without improvement in the air conditioning, the room was changed more than twice in just two days, but without any benefit for breakfast and the treatment of the staff is ok.

We love Hardrock. We have stayed there twice now and everyone is so friendly. Nothing is to much trouble. Kids love it and its the perfect family place

Nice place to stay, nice breakfasts, nice staff, room's views to the garden are amazing, room's views to the city are okay. It is located beside The Hard Rock Cafe, so if you wanted to stay somewhere quiet, better go somewhere else.

Employees are not the problem at all. The hotel is old and run down. We stayed in the updated room but that doesn't mask The hotels age. The layout is weird and ensures lots of walking to get anywhere.
Heaps of noise late at night. I heard at least one confrontation each night where someone's yelling at another guest to be quiet at 12 at night. It was around $430/n for pool access but I think you could get better value for money somewhere else.
I'll finish by stating again - the employees were not the problem.

I stayed at the deluxe but there was no bathtub. The pool was sandy and pretty good.

Everything can be solved inside the hotel

The restaurant is good and the breakfast is good.

I can go to many places on foot
Because it's hot, you can grab a go-jack or grab and ride it.

You can use the bar inside as a welcome drink
There is also a children's playroom

I stayed for 3 days as a family of 3 and the cost performance was the best!!

To enjoy Kuta Beach, no hotel has a better location than this hotel. In front of the beach, at the end of the beach entrance. Close to shopping and dining. The staff is very friendly and helpful with a unique musical-themed appearance. Prices are still reasonable and don't drain the bag. Average rooms, nothing special. Even seemingly rough, like accessories that have begun to wear. Very good soap, very smooth on the skin. Unfortunately now there is no direct connection to Hard Rock Cafe because of different management. Remember the location of your room, if you don't want to get lost in the halls to look for the entrance again

Rooms required upgrade, bathroom required full renovation, need access to balcony, day bed is good idea but stopping the access to balcony.

Family hotel with large pool area that's fun for kids, big and small. Comfortable rooms, with nice pillows, but for some reason none of the toilets in this hotel have the usual water sprayers. This means that you'll smearing human waste all over your derriere. Enjoy

The beach of the hotel is not suitable for holidays with young children because of the huge waves, the beach is dirty. The hotel as a whole liked, if not interested in the ocean, the pools are very good and comfortable for kids.

Friendly and Fast Service, and many Complete facilities.

I booked via booking.com 10 months before COVID. This hotel took the full price immediately despite booking.com indicating only the prepayment would be taken. We were banned from flying and the hotel refused to even part return money paid.

Great location, fun and friendly staff, best pool in Bali and activities (incl. kids club) are well organised. Only negative is the dining - pool side isn't bad but the buffet food, wine quality and beer selection are below average especially for the expensive NYE party.

Complete hotel facilities. The swimming pool is really wow, perfect for families! It's a shame to check-in staff curtly & annoyingly! Different from the afternoon staff, friendly and willing to help.

Great hotel, especially for families with young children

We got the delux and delux primium. They both are similar, but certainly the deluxe primium rooms have better decor. Breakfast really good ice and water clean. Tap water in bathrooms is slighted purified for have a shower which is great. You still have to use bottle water for brushing your teeth just like everywhere else. Pools are massive for kids and adults. We have a 2 year old can't get her out of the sand pool, she loves it. Book you dinner before 12 noon For all you can eat. It's worth it.

Surely you know this hotel is very famous, on the opposite side of Kuta beach.
At that time I got an old room (I think if I'm not mistaken they have a new room that has been renovated) so I didn't like it, but there was a bathtub.
The food is more foreign to our taste.
The swimming pool is really big and spacious.
At that time, we also got a photo package so we took a photo plus printed the photo.

Love the foods the drinks and the pool. Yet the room is getting old a good renovation might needed. Staff are cool and friendly very helpful. Love Hard Rock anyways

Not as good as it costs.. i should get far more luxurious hotel with this amount of money.. I dont respect that many public rooms eg caffe, corridor, restaurant etc doesnt have air conditioner. its too hot and humid without aircond. Even the air con in my room didnt work well, i set 19c but it feels like 25c. Also the location is by the beach, but none of the room has a beach view.. breakfast is tasteless..

However customer service is good. Staffs are nice and friendly.
