Great pools, very very comfortable bed , love their yukata. Husband love their day bed in the room. Grounds are nice too .. pleasant holiday ambience. A must stay hotel if you visit with family, kids will love it so much, jaw dropping beach pool with sands . Glad that our room already ready by 12pm when check in during Nyepi day. Room with music played when we enter live up Hard rock feeling.
Need revamp for room as carpet already pretty worn out.
Good and friendly reception and concierge.
On the other hand not impressed with their Starz dinner restaurant. Sent a complaint email during the stay (2 days ago) no respond received until today. How is it possible for this big brand.
