Good location, the pool is the best. But the taste is very ordinary food for 4 star hotels and above, including less food variations. Iconic memorabilia collection, club.

They built this place so that you won't want to leave. Everything and I mean everything is available in house. I did pre booking through their website and got a very good deal. Affordable according to my standards.

Very friendly service. Smiles all around from their staffs. From "Rambo" the bell man right down to the housekeeping.

HRHB swimming pool is HUMUNGOUSLY HUGE. It has sand play by the pool and sand INSIDE the pool to have the feel of swimming in kuta beach without even going to the beach. Numerous slides for both kids and adults. Cabanas to rent at $50/- per day. Live band by the pool on weekends which we got to experience on our final day in Bali on a Friday. Life guard on stand by which makes swimming with kids feels much safer.

Then there's the games room and kids club. Games room have indoor intimate movie theater. Numerous Xbox and PlayStation console with different games. Foosball table, pool table, snack bar inside the games room. Fish feeding by the side of the games room with playground all within reach in the vicinity of the games room at 1st floor.

Live band at the centre stage. Gym available and there's a 24 hours clinic with doctor and nurses on stand by in case there is a medical emergency to attend to.

My room was adequate. With the normal expectations of a decent 4-5 star hotels. In room entertainment with LOADS of free current movies to choose from if you decide to stay in.

Good location at Kuta where you can find eatery places, shopping and massage nearby. The seaside is stone throw away but more for Board surfing. But nice view for sunset. (Nice Food at Dulang Cafe just outside Hard Rock.)

Hard Rock Hotel has its own pool and beach pool. They have activities at their beach pool for kids. They've also full day activities for kids where you may leave your children there by paying a little cost; while you go out to massage or shop. Family friendly environment to stay in.

If you're a family with kids, you may ask for twin bed, which is 2 queen size bed to accommodate all. And hotel will give breakfast voucher for 2 adults and 2 kids.

To go around sightseeing, hotel has an agent that can plan for your travel.
Transportation by Grab maybe cheaper to travel around if not for tour.

Super great spacious hotel, very suitable for families as there was something for everyone. There is a great children's program but you do not automatically feel that you are in a pure kids club hotel as in many other clubs. Metallica in the morning by the pool and great bar with live music in the hotel make a great mix. We got a modern refurbished room which was Tip Top. Very generous and clean, everything was there what you need. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and attentive, you feel very welcome and like to vacation. After three days we noticed that they renovate and completely refurbished almost all rooms in the middle section. We did not notice that at all. That did not attract attention, and they invest and make it modern. The pool is one of the best we have ever had, great mix of sand and tiles, I have not had so, gives the whole thing a bit more beach feeling. This is unfortunately missing in most hotels in Kuta, everything is very zugebaut and hardly a hotel has really beach access or beach view. Despite the lack of English with our son, this is in the kids club the whole day gone, they are fully international and it was not a problem, they got along great. There is a great program and very varied. If you do not have a family suite, then you pay 200k per day including lunch, because you can not say anything. The poolside cabans are awesome, you can really relax all day, shade and fresh air / wind through the ceiling fans. The additional investment is worthwhile in any case you should treat yourself. There are various packages available, including snacks. The only thing I had wished, would be good Wi-Fi at the pool, unfortunately it works only very moderately .. well, you should also switch off. Therefore it is not a point deduction. The breakfast is very generous and there is something for all international guests. You can also change money directly at the hotel and book tours. Exchange rate outside is better than in the hotel. Tour we have not booked through the hotel, so I can not comment on that. Funny is that they also have a radio station right in the hotel downstairs, because you can look in from the outside and see how they moderate, this is also unique. There is a discount on the restaurant of Jamie Oliver ... who likes this, can use that. I find Jamie Oliver in Bali not so suitable. The beach of Kuta is actually very nice, great waves, fine sand, no stones ... but unfortunately totally overcrowded and by the whole beach traders with their plastic chairs visually not appealing. Just walk towards Seminyak as it gets "quieter" and nicer with better bars to sundownder. The audience in the hotel is now very international, formerly here were classically more Australians, in the holiday season of Australia that is certainly something different. But it was very mixed with us, many Chinese, Japanese and Indians., Germans we hardly met ... We would definitely come back here.

The service is satisfying & friendly to guests who stay overnight

Do not use maxi taxi service at the hotel.
The hotel concierge recommand us to use hotel transport for us but there was not enought seat for 6people. There was only 5 seats. Kids had to be seat together at the back and used ONE seat belt. It was more expensive than two taxies. Other hotel staff was nice and kind but room was very humid and smelly. Room toilet needs to be renovated.

After coming to bali for over 20 years staying many great hotels we decided this year to stay in Hard Rock Kuta so our children could enjoy their amazing pool. However due to bad hotel policy, this experience has been extremely frustrating. By eight am every chair around the pool has been claimed by a lonely towel. All day you will find the pool is empty, the chairs are empty and we have no where to sit. Even the cabanas are all booked out with only half occupied. To the general manager, a simple solution, those chairs left vacant for 45min have towels removed so is fair for all guests. Yours sincerely irrate customer

So many highlights from our amazing stay at the Hard Rock. Kids loved the recording studio experience and we (adults) loved the cooking activity.

Buffet breakfast was good, all the staff were really friendly. Our room was newly renovated and really nice (balcony was small).

Overall definitely a 5 star experience

The hotel is convenient, strategic because it is directly opposite the Kuta beach. If you want to take a walk near beachwalk or walk around Kuta. Facilities and food are also top here

Rooms are small, loft room seemed a great idea for family, but not if your child is between 1 month to 5 years old as the stairs is narrow and gaps are wide.

Pools are great, lots of play areas and slides for children. There are a lot of choices to eat at and bars to choose from. Close to main areas and the beach.

The only issue I have is that the gym only opens at 7am and closes at 9pm which I did not agree with. I would expect that a hotel like this should at least have a 24/7 gym like the other chains.

This is one of the trips of the travel agency. The buffet dinner at the restaurant in the Hard Rock Hotel is like a restaurant that serves breakfast in the hotel. Although the style is quite large, it is really worse than The stone hotel. too much.
The delicious ones are probably cooked boiled noodles with fried chicken and pumpkin soup.
There is no drink in the buffet bar here, only ice water and coffee machine, if you want to drink other drinks, you need to pay at your own expense.
I have the largest swimming pool, but even the operation of the restaurant is dispensable. It is really a pity.

It is very shining. There is a worm in the room and there is a free shuttle bus. And the reason why it was the best is that it was not very good for the Asian people. Only one employee impressed me for three days.

It's a wonderful property, well maintained, lots of activities for kids, centrally located within walking distance to local malls and in front of Kuta beach. They have good spread in breakfast. Rooms are upgraded, nice spacious and hi-tech. Loved 4 days spent here.

The vast majority of hotels, a bit like the Kenting Caesar Hotel in Taiwan, but check-in, because of the influx of many passengers who just got off the plane, causing everyone to grab the counter, but the hotel has no extra staff to guide us how to do it, it is upset.

Close to Kuta Beach, the hotel's swimming pool is large, slippery, and well-equipped with a baby pool, perfect for families with young children. Breakfast is worth eating.

A great hotel, where everyone is super friendly. Every night there is live music in the central bar, where you can take advantage of snacks, drinks beer and cocktails. There is very good vibes. Some bands are very good.
Right in front of the hotel is the beach, across the street, where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets.

We came here predominantly because we saw it was a well located hotel and looked fairly family friendly for our toddler. We were more than accommodates for here. The pool area was perfect for our little boy, the staff were always extremely friendly at all times and when our toddler unexpectedly fell ill and ended up in the BIMC hospital, the staff went out of their way to make our lives easier and our toddler comfortable until we were able to leave. I would recommend this place to families and will definitely return again. I hope the staff at the Hard Rock Hotel in Kuta get to see this and know how much we appreciated their happy disposition and assistance.

There for a week. Too much walking, just wanted to relax and not walk too far to eat, swim or get a taxi. The place is huge.

There are several slides and sandy beaches are good for children to play with.

The rooms are okay, the friendly staff is very helpful, the pool is cool, the hotel is in front of Kuta beach, so it can't be cool if I want to go back to the beach and hotel, the toilets are cool and not busy there ..

a little suggestion: for more breakfast, there is a menu of variations for domestic tourists, especially for Muslim tourists, because yesterday there when I want to eat bacon, don't know B2 so we just eat omelette ... the next day there's sausage hihihi, , in my opinion, hopefully the menu variations for Caucasians and domestic tourists (Muslims) can be balanced
