Complete facilities suitable for staying with the whole family

Top rating would rate higher if i could. No request is too big or small and staff are super friendly

5 star hotel in Bali for music lovers, comfortable, luxurious, beach front and mall shopping center.

Amazing pools, amazing breakfast and a great location- right next to the beach. The breakfast was also very impressive, a great variety. Rooms were a bit small for the price of the hotel, but you're paying for the amenities as well.

Amazing Holiday,

Great Location just opposite Kuta Beach, secluded enough to get away from the hustle.

Staff were excellent and facilities great, pool area amazing and day to day activities were great for kids and adults.

Pricing was reasonable and good and drinks good, buffet Breakfast and Dinners changed daily to give variety.

Would go back in a heartbeat, maybe not for those without kids but for a family is ideal.

Hey come and join with hardrock hotel bali. Is the beautifull hotel and have a big pool and also have sauna , steam and jakuzi.

Very unique and entertaining place to stay. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Good tasting food. And the pool, the pool is just great.

Great place to come with children. The pool is spacious and there are fun.
But kids club was not good. The program wasn't good, and the children's satisfaction was very bad.

5 star hotel with good facilities, high security & super friendly service

Nice place but the breakfast food is not many choice..

The double bed room is big enough for the family, unfortunately it is too rigid with the rules of the child. Breakfast is quite varied, it tastes pretty good. Next to our trip, why don't we stay here again?

Can't check in until 3pm .. they'll hold your luggage in the cloke room ... but if you have no where to go and your swimmers are in your bags all you can do is drink at the bar at near Australian prices ..... But in saying that the Hard Rock is a grate place to stay especially if you have kids and if your stat falls over napy day I wouldn't stay anywhere else. ..

Overall it's ok, it's just that the model room is quite old-fashioned, but it pays off with the value plus location and facilities of the pool

The rooms are nice, not too big but comfortable. Many entertainment venues and cool concepts

Rooms are OK but not and the pool is one of the nicest on the island, food OK, just a few meters to the beach. For fans of the chain a must.

good hotel but unfortunately security is not polite

My child's favorite hotel if on vacation in Bali. Every time here is always satisfied and pleasant. Only weekends like traffic jams. Besides that it's all fun. Beach front hotel, there are facilities for children, adults and artificial beaches in the hotel. For food? All are delicious and delicious.

Located opposite to Kuta Beach, Bali, in the heart of the market with numerous facilities in house as well as in the periphery. Efficient staff, Amazing transport desk staff, even had to use the medical bay (well equipped), Restaurants are a plenty and so are the pools. Numerous activities in house given in each room.
Food quality in breakfast was average, Indian dishes not so good (avoid) but the Italian restaurant and the cafe were out of this world. Very strict about the pool timings but many activities for the kids during the day. Must visit.

A hotel with a musical feel. Nice rooms have been renovated. The hotel is suitable for all groups.

The room is nice and big, AC always run even when we leave the room (very nice feature).

Nice room, comfy bed, good TV selection, great gazebo, and unique swimming pool.

All of the staff were very friendly and
smiling, Kids Club made my kids excited everyday, My son fell sick and threw up and a minute later a cleaning lady showed up. Just noting we visited it in 2017 the rooms were spacious and the food was delicious. I recommend it.

Amazing hotel! Had really awesome Bali holidays there.

The hotel is large and spacious. The room is big, enough for 2 adults and 2 small children. The pool is spacious, there are slides, sandy beaches, poolside bars. The breakfast is delicious, lots of variety of food. The staff is friendly. There is a playground for children and kids club. The hotel has a 24-hour clinic, fitness center, restaurant, cafe and parking for cars. The wifi in the hotel is free and the connection is fast.

The hotel is good big rooms can watch youtube also on the wifi tv when the food is good near the beach it also becomes bored in the room to be able to play the beach also the pool is also spacious and contains panyai sand the atmosphere is very relaxed and the staff is friendly and really good for holiday with family or boyfriend

Hotel rooms and facilities wear and tear are easy to notice, might be time for renovation

Insanely expensive to the point where you won't order a beer or cocktail there to enjoy the swim up bar which is surrounded by 5 year olds. Place is basically a kids playground, so I guess thats good if you're the for a family holiday with a toddler, but if you feel like experiencing Kuta the money could be better spent

The location is good, there is only indirect lighting in the room, it is a little dark, the guests are free of the sauna, the swimming pool is not allowed to bring outside food.

What to say!!!! After spending 2 weeks there is only one thing that comes to my mind "THE TOP"
Reception of the nicest on our arrival, quality room with very efficient room service and warmest.
Quality breakfast buffet with a multi cultural choice.
And what about the pool ....... it just beautiful, and the sand bottom is the top.
All the staff are smiling and friendly, always ready to inform us.
I have only one thing to say "it's thanks to you all" for his wonderful vacation spent at the hardrock hotel bali.

Menu breakfast karena dalam kondisi Covid 19 terjadi penyesuaiannya tetapi masih menarik selera.

Not happy about coming home..fabulous staff, food , kids activities, no complaints about anything. Be back next year !! Mid winter treat .

The best Hard Rock Cafe by far! Live band interact with audience so well, good musics and generous portion of food. However staffs were a bit less attentive when you seat for dinner upstairs. Other than that, I enjoyed the whole experience.

It was really comfortable, there was a great pool, great service and the location was perfect for shopping and visiting of the beach!

Worth staying in hard rock hotel, pools,cafe,food, facilities everything is amazingly structured and very well planned.Sun set point is famous here.

Positives: great location, amazing swimming pool, kids friendly

Negative: room doors are not sound proof so quiet a bit of disturbance when people cross room

Great place but a little tight the doble rooms. The grounds are large and quiet for the amount of people with mice views. A nice swimming pool with different areas. It was fun with all the memorabilia.

Hung out with friends who were staying here. Had a day by the pool and it was so fantastic.
