The hotel in general is nice. A place where the pool can be moved on the big day. The meals are delicious and appealing to everyone. We went to listen to music while the children were sleeping in the room. Some of the rooms are old, some of them renovated. We stayed in the old room, it was a little jeans. But I think it's one of the best hotels to stay in.

Pretty good, bit of a maze to get around but enjoyed it. Was clean, pool area was pretty good.

I stayed here because I could upgrade only at the tour pack. . .
As I found in the word-of-mouth communication, I felt that the staff was not well trained.

You can wait for the sunset while drinking alcohol at the Bar located above the pool.
I can only make sake from the menu but I think it is delicious.
The price is the hotel price. It is around 3000 yen when it is made a Japanese yen with a bittern lemon and mojito.

This is a paradise if you are traveling with your kids. Room condition will be pleasant and clean because it is repaired if it is more than deluxe premium. I gave you a welcome drink and a photo shoot.
The location is also excellent.

It s good place to hangout. However, too hard too find car park nearby. You can ride a motorcycle and park in front of hard rock. Parking fees is 2000 IDR. Hard rock cafe is placed facing kuta beach.

Great location, excellent amenities especially for family with young kids. Staff were especially friendly. Would come back again for sure.

The facilities was awesome, hence the pools. Many pools activities, including kids waterpark, adult slides and sand areas. If you have kids around 4 years old, they'll absolutely love it.

The staff were super friendly and informative about giving hotel direction because it's quite confusing for newcomers.

During COVID, before entering the lobby, we'll be asked to fill out health survey and check our body temperature, which is good and double safety because few hotels I checked in during COVID didn't do what Hard Rocks do.

Nice but small rooms are a good option for those who want to explore the Kuta area and opposite to the famous Kuta Beach separated by a small street

We loved it! We have gone to spend the day with 2 children of 4 years, the entrance has cost us 25 with a ticket of 350,000 rup to spend on food and children free! Great to spend the day! The children have really enjoyed themselves and we have been able to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. There was nothing overcrowded. The child also eats with the adult ticket (special children's menu)

Service is not like its class grade ... We have a bit of trouble smoking. The food for this star class is less for taste ...

Hotel with a name that is quite famous. It is unfortunate that the quality of breakfast is not in accordance with the predicate of 5 stars

The Centre stage is under renovation, temporary stage next to the pool. It wasn't pleasant experience but if you just wanna hear music and have a drink you may consider this place

Fine hotel with perfect bed and perfect shower. The pool is also nice.
But what happened to the ROCK in Hard Rock hotel? The night we arrived: live reggae music. During the day at the pool, music I have never heard and definitely NOT rock music. If you want to hear rock music, Hard Rock cafe is a better option. Shame...

Very good hotel, with family-friendly facilities.

I stayed here with my wife for 2 nights as a honeymoon present from my aunty.
The room was well presented for honeymooners it was very sweet.
I got an issue on the 1st night with mosquito and in the morning I told the hotel about it. The duty manager apologize and took care of it and on the 2nd night no issue with mosquito.

This hotel is very animated. There's a band playing every night.
If you like calme hotel this is not for you but if u like to "party"/have music all the time then this hotel is made for you

One of the great hotels if you have a young family. Wonderful staff.. Fantastic pool area. And the greatest location in Bali.

Big hotel with amazing pool and activities specially for kids, rooms are outdated but they are planning to renovate by next year. Food and drinks are good but pricey! Location is great 15 min to airport, surrounded by many restaurants, shopping centers and spas as well as the public beach.

Relaxing place where you could get a nice book and spend the entire day around the pool.

As always, fees for relaxing massages are extremely pricy compared to local massage places. That s why you need to go out to get them.

This is my first time here since almost decade ago. It used to be my favorite hotels when going to Bali. But since the traffic in Kutas is really bad, i had to move to Nusa Dua or Seminyak hotels.. but this time, we give another shot here. Room is dated, need to do the renovation for the interior and i know they've been doing the renovation until this July 2018. Happy to hear that... Price, very reasonable, with the facility they give, it's too cheap.. the swimming pool is HUGE... And they have live music every Saturday night. Minus point, everything is chargeable, for instance, no latte/cappuccino when BF (additional charge), kids club is cool (additional charge IDR 200.000), the free one was bad (not so many toys), breakfast food was not so good so i prefer ask my driver to buy us Balinese foods for BF, traffic around here is RIDICULOUSLY insane. I don't think will chose Kuta again for my next holiday in Bali. But so far for Hard rock hotel, i feel satisfied with the facility and the price. I'm not a type of person who wants to get everything on cheap price. I always see the price, and what value we get. Always book on their website, dont book from apps, must be more expensive. Hope it will help others

recommended 5 star hotels in bali ... one stop entertaiment anyway ... room rates start at 2 million / mlm ... with a large swimming pool, waterpark for children, there is another sand pool, and at certain hours there are pajamas parties, foam parties etc. ,, and every mlm will be entertained live music ... for sure this hotel is suitable for children ...

It's nice to have the opportunity to stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The atmosphere and entertainment available really makes you feel at home.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock hotel Bali, staff was very friendly and helpful a lot. Room was comfortable and clean, this hotel is kids friendly and good for family.

Strategic place right in front of Kuta beach, close to the Beachwalk shopping center which can be reached only on foot, the staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the music is very thick. The home band at the center stage is also cool and interactive

Luxury hotel and suitable for a place to stay with family

One of the best experience when having holiday in bali. Good room great brekfast, love the pool. Some might said it was over rated but for me it still gibes me different experience.

Been here for so many times that they throw in some perks. Comfy and spacious beds (twin room), very nice pool for kids, good breakfast and very good location. The Roxity kids club is also very good.
