Typical Hampton. Quality is spot on. Breakfast was decent and rooms were clean. Fridge and coffee maker in the room. Hilton backed service and guarantee. Can't go wrong with that. I'd stay again.

The staff here are fantastic. They let me have a late check out, and the airport shuttle drivers were really friendly. The bed was very comfortable - one of the better hotel beds I've slept in recently. The gym was small but clean and serviceable. You can easily walk next door to the Hilton for dinner. I'd happily stay here again!

It is very unfortunate that we had a bad experience at this location. The room was clean however was very noisy. The "ding" from the elevator was constant throughout the night and can be heard even while our white noise machine was on. When trying to rectify the problem with the front desk my husband was told there isn't anything that can be done. They should not put people in rooms across from the elevator and ice machine or better design the hotel so people don't have to experience the same problems.

Stood overnight to catch a plane to Florida with a family of 4.Room contained many menus from local restaurants and delivery to hotel was a breeze. Very helpful when one is not familiar with the city. Pleasant and very CLEAN!!!(My Wife's Main Concern) Shuttle transportation to JFK an added plus. Breakfast prior to flight also a benefit.

Excellent Staff. Very Professional. Plus the Pantry Food Staff has been working extremely hard due to the due to the renovations. Front Desk Staff has always given service with a smile due to a few setbacks.

We had a wonderful experience. Our room was great. A comfy bed. We slept great. The decor in lobby was very nice. They have ample seating in lobby. Their breakfast selection was a delight. A good cup of coffee . We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is nice. Very clean rooms, working air conditioning, staff is relatively nice, no near by walking distance stores. TV has cable, regular tv (espn, nickelodeon, disney channel etc). The breakfast was better than expected & full day coffee with variety of items to put in it. Disappointed this place didn't have a pool because that would make this place that much better.

I would ve loved it but got turned off with one of their customer agent named Tina. Yesterday I was waiting for her to finish with another guest ahead of me then when it was my turn I said hi and just ignored me and she kept on talking to one of the staff ordering hin something to do. I still waited for her to finish then when she was done I ask her where is the walkway to the restaurant coz it was my first time here. Again, she just acted like she did not here me then went at the door and if course here I am just standing there coz I don t know what she is doing and then that is when she said you go inside that door then tuen left not even saying a word like it s over here . She talks over the customers without listening first. Today I had to call the hotel again and ask about a charge that I don t know about and who else answered the call at the hotel??? That Tina again. But I stayed calm and civil and told her about my dispute but of course she DOES NOT LISTEN FIRST AND LET ME FINISH EXPLAINING MY CONCERN AND SHE STARTED TALKING OVER ME AGAIN! So I told her that to be a GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON she should listen first and foremost before she talks and talks. Then guess what after all that talk she just said I CAN T HELP YOU, what???

The service was bad. They had no water in the fridge ans housekeeping didnt bring towels and we had to call down to lobby twice to get towels and waited over 2 hours for them to be brought. It was like staying at an overpriced motel 6.

As a loyal Hilton Honors Member I felt insulted by the individual at the reception counter. Getting up vey early to move my rental car because of obvious need improvements, added to the displeasure. There is a Hilton property near by.

This hotel had the 3 things going for it that every good hotel should. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. The hotel was well kept, clean and the amenities were nice. Finally, the staff was exceptionally friendly and exceptionally helpful. I would absolutely go back to this hotel when I travel to New York in the future.

I cancelled my reservation at Radisson JFK to save $20 with Hampton inn JFK, and it was bad decision! Worst front desk ever! Passive aggressive not helpful! Horrible! Just spend extra money and go to other respected hotles.

Congenial and efficient staff, clean rooms, prompt airport shuttle. It is a little sad during the pandemic with no breakfast, snack machines, etc., but the staff did the best with what they had and provided what was required.

I drove from NC and got there at noon and was told that I couldn't check in till 3 pm unless I pay $65 to check in early.
I spent 10 days in the one in NC and it was cleaner and the customer service was better.
Not to mention there were two girls out front smoking marijuana........ SAD

During my trip up and down the east coast I stayed at two Hilton establishments. This one wasn't not as great as the other one. I will say the customer service was great, but it was a but confusing that we had to book our room on a computer, when there was someone standing at the front desk who could probably do that for us. The room was okay, it was a decent view of everything. The window wasn't clean on the outside though, making the view a grey tinge. The room also didn't have a microwave which was odd. I've never been in a hotel that doesn't have a microwave in every room. My biggest concern however was the cleanliness of the room. To my mom and my surprise, we found an empty condom wrapper under the bed. During these times of coronavirus I would think that the cleaning of a hotel would be top priority. It was a weird experience to say the least.

Nice updated property. Close to the airport with friendly staff. Breakfast is served from 6 to 10am with airport shuttle service on the half hour 24/7. Only problem I had was my confirmed rate and what they were going to charge me ($50 dollars more). Always have your confirmation number with the rate with you!

We stayed at Hampton Inn NY-Jfk this past weekend for a tattoo convention at Resorts Casino that we were part of. It was wonderful, from the very beginning when the sweet bellman that greeted us at our car , to the friendly & knowledgeable girl that checked us in, to the valets that we drove nuts going back and forth to the car. We loved it. The hotel was clean and the beds very comfortable . The only issue worth noting is that there wasn't an exhaust fan in our bathroom. So when we showered the room became suffocatingly hot. We needed to crank up the air and open the door. Other then that we would definitely go back again. Thank you To the staff at, Hampton Inn NY-JFK . YOU ROCK!!!

Hotel is nice enough, rooms are a bit dated. Front desk staff while nice was very unhelpful with information during check-in (parking info, Hilton rewards). Parking rates were high but perhaps acceptable for the area. Should be included with the room, seems like just another money grab.

I've stayed in this hotel at least 5 times since and each time it's as inconsistent as the weather in New England. more so on the side of not such a great stay. Parking is horrible. staff have their days. I walked from the kitchen area once so disgusted at the manner in which i was treated... The night manager happen to catch my look and called my room... he did everything in his power to fix the issues at hand so it appears they try. Each stay has resulted in me liking this hotel less and less, to the point that i have to work in this area again and refuse to stay here. My review is night and day here..

Positive: stay=1 wk. I'm not a casual hotel visitor, I nearly live in hotels for work. Very standard Hampton. no real benefits for diamond. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. From front desk to room attendants they are above wonderful. I caught them in the middle of a renovation so it's a bit hectic. Rooms are typical comfy and clean. Smoking room doesn't smell of smoke. I can see if there were an event parking could be an issue, it's an issue without an event going on. free parking tho. Near other major hotels no real shopping believe there's a shuttle to airport. Somewhat easy to main arteries, your positioned so your taking a different route getting here than getting back. The value is right on. Area is decent no worries if you have to park on street. again...
