Friendly staff, very convenient for over night in JFK. Airport shuttle runs every 30 min. Is located in a residential area, so almost no restaurants or shops near by.

The breakfast is meh. A few things in our room were terribly made and fell apart. The day/morning staff is much nicer than the night staff.

Great staff! The property a bit small on the outside. Inside clean and very spacious. Conference room great and clean. Just sorry they are only open a less then half copasity.

It a smoke free hotel yet it smells like a chimney. The breakfast sucks. They shouldn't call it breakfast a wheat bar and oatmeal pack really. I dont eat wheat or any grains. Please take the breakfast sign down.

convenient if you are just staying for a connecting flight or for 1 day, very close the the airport

After a horrible experience trying to get to our vacation destination and being treated like they really don't care about the situation all day at the airport.. We finally got to the hotel for the night. They were very friendly and cared that we didn't have our luggage. Helped us get the basics that we need to clean up. And enjoy a relaxing evening
Rooms are nice and hotel is connected to a hilton to enjoy a nightcap and dinner.
I would recommend this hotel expecially if you are flying out of Jfk.. It was a great ending to a horrible day.

Front desk gave us dirty room and new room was not clean and no hygiene kits or wipes in the hotel

They need the amenities that were stated on my confirmation. Like the the indoor pool. Other than that, not too bad.

The place was clean, BUT you have to pay for parking $25 each spot, Ice machine was broken on the floor.

Great place to stay when you have a layover. Clean and comfortable!! Stff was great at the front desk! Keeping it on my list of places to stay when I have to pass thru New York.

It was pretty clean. It's a travel hotel you know? Not five star, but if you need to crash for a night you won't get bed bugs, the staff was friendly and it was quiet.

Currently in the renovation stage for the lobby. Room was a nice size and clean. I was highly annoyed at the noise that housekeeping made. Checkout is at 12 noon however at 9am housekeeper was knocking at my door and then proceeded to enter in. Once she realized someone was in the room she went across the hall and began to vacuum the empty room over there. They were in the hallway talking extremely loud amongst one another which is so rude. Also parking is an additional $27

It is very clean, good service but there are some necessary repairs in the rooms ... the good thing is that at least on the outside they are fixing everything ... I hope they do it on the inside too

Booked a king room, got one with two full beds instead. It was dirty so I had to move to a different room with two full beds. Location was great if you have a flight at JFK. Shuttles to JFK were provided

Large and comfortable room with two double beds. Full bathroom.
I did not have breakfast because it leaves very early. Connected to the Hilton via a corridor. There you find a mini Starbucks and a restaurant

Very friendly front desk staff. Nice complimentary breakfast buffet. The cookies they have out at night sometimes sre a nice treat! !!

Nice hotel for a short layover in NY, offers complimentary breakfast and has coffee and fruits available 24 hours

Excellent stay, as always. The hotel was clean and well-kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.

The room was nice. Everything was neat and tidy. The complimentary breakfast was good, but you have to go next door if you want lunch or dinner.

The staff working the front desk were exceptional. They were very thorough and friendly. When she found out my flight was before the complementary breakfast opened, she gave me a little "to go" bag with fruit and granola. She also held a couple cookies for us because we had expressed interest in them, but were heading to dinner. Sure enough, when we came back she ran back to the office and grabbed two cookies she had held aside for us. Outstanding customer service, and so welcome after an extremely long day of traveling. 10/10 would recommend!

One-way disaster at breakfast. Everything made to be thrown away. Plastic, plastic plastic. Such an incredible waste. Saving resources and avoiding trash is obviously the least of their concerns. Stuck in the 80s.

A most wonderful experience !! The rooms were immaculate...kudos to housekeeping. Front desk staff...Tina is awesome !! The breakfast area is attractive, the buffet is tasty and more than adequate ! Magarita and the ladies on hand added that special touch . Our Shuttle driver Garfield was fabulous !! He was warm, friendly , helpful and courteous!! Best kept secret at JFK !! Loved it all !!

Clean room. The staff was very attentive, polite, responsive and professional. I loved that they have a breakfast buffet but offered access to other options for a other clientale.

Very good for one night stay. Pricier, but that's probably because of the proximity to the JFK

Nice rooms with a good breakfast. They also have a shuttle from JFK that picks up from Federal Circle but they will drop you off at your terminal.

Quick overnight stay. Prompt and plentiful service at the desk especially considering it was close to midnight. Room was clean and up to date.

Cab drivers are rude. They will not take $1 tips from tourists. They inform them that it is a $5-10 tip. If they do not speak English it's a $10 tip requirement. It is very sad to watch.
Rooms are great and very comfortable. Gym is very small.

Easy, clean and quiet with a good breakfast. I enjoyed the dried fruit and nuts for the oatmeal. Great to see such healthy options. Just right for travel.

For 2 consecutive stays , came back to my room , NOT CLEANED!.

Informed by front desk that I need to request my room to be cleaned , which is ABSURD.

Very nice rooms, located near the subway, Dunkin' Donuts and several places to eat.
Room service was slow and there was oddly no pool, although it does attach to a nearby Radison which is much nicer and has a large pool. Overall good experience, complimentary breakfast as with all Hamptons.

This is the ultimate in and out hotel. Breakfast is offered each morning. The rooms are adequately sized and modern. The staff is friendly. They are responsive to any needs. The hotel is attached to the Hilton JFK. The restaurant in the Hilton JFK is too notch.

Place was great! I was erroneously charged a 185.00 fee. They could not explain why or what the fee was. Then they told me it was for parking for 4 days. The parking fee is 23.50 a day. Well I spoke with the manager and he was cordial and understanding. He comp the parking and apologized for the error. My stay was absolutely wonderful.

While I understand that Hampton Inn is not the Ritz, but there are standards that should be adhered to by ANY establishment.
Firstly, my wife, myself and my two children were staying in this room with two beds which you would think would indicate to any sensible person that more than one person is staying there. In spite of this, our room was stocked with one bath towels, one medium towel, and one washcloth.
Somewhat befuddled by this, I call the front desk and was told that all they have are large towels because their guests had stolen their small and medium towels... Uuuhhhhh... Really??
As of the next day, I was given the same explanation... And the next day and the next day... It wasn't until the FOURTH day that we got 2 small washcloths. Insane....
Additionally, the interior door handle to the room required a 2 handed, very strong pull to open; which is inherently dangerous had the children been in the room alone and there was an emergency. Also, the exterior bathroom door handle was broken and often wouldn't latch or lock.
Despite bringing these concerns to the attention of the staff, none of the issues were resolved.
What a shame...

Nice, clean hotel ... old tubs, so I had to wear flop flops in the shower ... but I'm weird like that!

Really nice rooms, great service. Everyone checking us in and out were delightful. The people working the breakfast buffet were kind and let us know when the omelets came out. Pillows are better than I've had at a hotel for a while.

The room was quiet and the bed comfortable, although the shower drain was blocked. WiFi connection is good, although it didn t work too well with Netflix.

The breakfast... well, I wasn t impressed. $260/night and I get a paper plate! That was not what I had in mind, I m in a hotel, not camping. Food, mediocre.

There were two women on reception when we arrived, the woman I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful, the other lady was miserable.

Overall, high price for low quality, in my opinion.

Room smelled moldy, air conditioner was stuck on cold and hard blowing air, no adjustment possible, bed was lumpy. I slept terrible in room 513. Surprised this was a Hampton Inn.

Bad bathroom. Hilton's bottom room for trash .... horrible sight.

Rooms were nice, clean, comfortable and remarkably quiet for the location. Hotel is under pretty extensive renovation. Lobby is closed so you need to use the back door; once we figured that out it wasn t a problem. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle for the airport leaves on time on the half hour, if you are a minute late you ll be waiting 29 minutes.

Clean and comfortable room close to the airport with an easy shuttle. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is just enough to tide you over until lunch.

Love the space and reasonable price. Guest services are great. Comfy bed

I love staying at this Hampton Inn! The front desk staff recognize me after being there just a few times. They make my stay so personable and it makes me feel very comfortable there. The hotel is always very clean and the beds are so comfortable. Every time I have been there are fresh cookies for the people checking in and they are delicious. Breakfast is the standard fare and I like all of the extra toppings for the oatmeal, mixed raisins, cinnamon sugar, and pecans really take the oatmeal to the next level. I plan on staying at this hotel every time I visit the Queens area. Great place!
