I would ve loved it but got turned off with one of their customer agent named Tina. Yesterday I was waiting for her to finish with another guest ahead of me then when it was my turn I said hi and just ignored me and she kept on talking to one of the staff ordering hin something to do. I still waited for her to finish then when she was done I ask her where is the walkway to the restaurant coz it was my first time here. Again, she just acted like she did not here me then went at the door and if course here I am just standing there coz I don t know what she is doing and then that is when she said you go inside that door then tuen left not even saying a word like it s over here . She talks over the customers without listening first. Today I had to call the hotel again and ask about a charge that I don t know about and who else answered the call at the hotel??? That Tina again. But I stayed calm and civil and told her about my dispute but of course she DOES NOT LISTEN FIRST AND LET ME FINISH EXPLAINING MY CONCERN AND SHE STARTED TALKING OVER ME AGAIN! So I told her that to be a GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON she should listen first and foremost before she talks and talks. Then guess what after all that talk she just said I CAN T HELP YOU, what???
