The water quality is outstanding! Noticed the difference with our drinking water, sparkling glassware and wonderful feeling shower water without the chemical residues! What a difference. The professional presentation and installation was definitely five stars!

We purchased our system in August 2017 and it was a mistake. We had a softener and the only problem was my wife did not like drinking from a faucet, only the RO system. Our dishes are not cleaning in the dishwasher, they are spotting, our skin is drying and scaly, and soap does not lather in the shower.
Our Technician was John. He was polite, very quick but thorough. He left everything very clean and explained the system to us. It was a very good experience
John arrived at the home and he very professional, knowledge of the H2O system, and answered every question I asked. I am very happy with our decision to invest. Although, it has been a few hours since installation, I can tell a high difference in the taste of the water.

Sewer backed up because of poor installation of overflow hose from H20 into my main sewer drain to septic tank. Not Legal work not up to code. Leaking under manufactured home. Had to call plumber 9:30 pm to fix clog. See their camera pictures. Another $378.00. On 3/7/20 shut system off. 5 month not working. Venessa came bad water levels. Replace tanks. She said can't replace untell you here from warranty. That's such B.S. I've called left messages every week to get this thing straightened out now it's got to be a real problem. Also this system should not be connected to a septic tank. Now it might be ruined from the salt. In the pictures that white stuff is that bulky salt it's not dissolving. Yes I'm upset so you better get this fixed now pull that son-of-a-b**** out. Also pay off that loan you got me that was outrageous.

Spent thousands for this whole house system and not much changed in regards to the hard water deposits. The hard water still covered and ruined all my appliances. Don't buy it's a rip-off.

Poor warranty service, we have are in our system when we pour water we have air in the water they said it wasn't their system it was our problem, they refused to send out a service technician and if they did they would charge us $165
So there warranty is not worth the paper it's written on beware of this company and the system, we had a plumber come in check out the whole home nothing wrong he felt the problem was within the water system itself it didn't understand why they wouldn't come outI'm a disabled veteran and don't have a whole lot of money to spend for people to come out and check out other people's problems the good news is the plumber didn't charge me
Allan was terrific! He answered all of our questions and gave us advice on our system. John was over to install within a few days. John was just as friendly and knowledgeable and he completed the install within a couple of hours. The warranty and service agreement (not contact) are vcomprehensive too. We were very informed about this company. A lot of our neighbors had them install the unit. From the beginning to install was great. The professional man that came and put the unit in was the best. Very knowledgeable very nice we talked he told us what he was doing every step of the way. I highly recommend this company their product and their service is outstanding.

I had an H2O Concepts system installed in 2013. I was happy initially, but soon realized it does not get rid of hard water deposits!! I still had all the signs of hard water on fixtures that I had prior to installation!! Not worth the money!
Called company to have ther older unit removed, was told someone would call me back .never heard back from anybody after two weeks. Called again to set up an appointment -appointment set up. I was told I would be contacted an hour before appointment. Waited for 2 1/2 hours for a call or text to show up, no such luck. Called company to find out why, gave me the runaround, then they said they called but never left message.Poor customer service, I would not recommend them.
I got my new h2o installed. The technician that installed my unit was very professional and answered all my questions that needed answering.
John was punctual, informative, and generally a great person. He cleaned up everything, showed us what we should keep an eye out for and told us we were welcome to call the office if we needed anything. Would recommend him to anyone.

I wanna give H2O concepts a 4.5 but it s not allowed apparently. Well first off everything went smoothly. Same day install and the installer was even early!! I know rarely happens, but I get like a priority or maybe they really want my $5000 lol I think it is a bit pricey but the warranty and referral program seem fantastic so I am okay there. My one criticism is the the installer had black on his hands from installing the softener that we ha came inside there s black finger prints on handles and the attic entry. Maybe throw on gloves on the future just when you re inside the house. It s brand new now I have to touch up unwanted black fingerprints. Haha

We moved into house that had this system. We have been here 3 months. The unit was installed less than 4 years ago. We were told nothing about it when we moved in. Well the Valve went out and we called 145 to come look at it. A lttle less than $1000.00 to fix it. When I ask if they could give us a break, I'm sure the part isn't costing them 800 I was told they were giving us break . They were fixing it, they didn't have to fix it since we were not the original owner. WOW. The technician wss very nice but their policies are terrible. THEY WOULD REFUSE TO FIX IT BECAUSE WE DIDN'T PURCHASE IT. A lot of money to pay for repair of a product that had a10 year Warranty and the product was only 4 years old.

just finished having a water softener installed after four years of H2O concepts unit and my pipes were full of scale and some of the worst looking water came out of my pipes. NO THANKS do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

Every question I asked,John had the correct answer without hesitation.. John installed the equipment in a timely manner & with true professionalism. Purchased our system less than 4 years ago. The drain after regenerating would not turn off completely causing a constant drip of water. Beware of the TEN YEAR WARRANTY. It is costing me a $145 TRIP FEE. What a bunch of liars.

The salesman was very knowledgable, courteous and patient. I am a procrastinator. The installer was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They both were awesome. The install was very clean. No complaints or concerns with the unit. We love it! Our water does not smell. The water does not taste like salt, chlorine or other chemicals. After showering we fell clean. The calcium build up on the fixtures has become non existent. No more calcium build up or discoloration! Dishes come out of the dishwasher clean. Clothes are brighter and cleaner. I am trying to make this simple ... as I could write a mini book here... of the travesties they have caused...
I was told the installer would put the unit where I wanted it.
He was a huge ... older man... and his demeanor was either he hated his job or was ready to retire it turned out to be the latter... he was not here to do a good job for me.
He insisted that the unit be outside against my wishes. He put it where the sun beats down on the plastic and rubber parts... deteriorating them. Additionally we are in Dewey it freezes here... he put huge holes in my crawl space walls... all is very loose... not anchored. Nor did he wrap or insulate anything.
The plumb job is totally inferior as stated to me by a Lic. Plumber who was here working in my bathroom at the time and by a Lic Electrician.
As well as a neighbor who used to install water conditioner systems he looked at it and called it a "hack job".
I called and complained and told them I wanted it put where I had asked for it to be put in the first place... they refused... and started asking me technical questions... so I put the Electrician on to talk to them.
He finally got them to agree to come out and do it properly... when I asked when they could come out to do this... they could not give me a date... However, before they had my $4800.00 in their pocket they gave me an installation date right away!
That night ... their unit started shooting water in 3 separate areas... flooding a portion of my Arizona room and the crawl space beneath my home... I took pictures!!!
I tried calling them .... they provide NO EMERGENCY NUMBER!!!
I left messages they did not return the calls... I had to have a professional come out on a Saturday!!!
There is no excuse for them to not have Emergency capabilities...
They have my $4800.00 - I now have a damaged house! AND NO WATER CONDITIONER!!
If they do not rectify this IMMEDIATELY I will be filing complaints with all viable legal and protective agencies not just in AZ but also CA where they claim they are also licensed and certified!

They did a great job. Now we have drinkable water with no salt
The service was great, as other reviewers have written, and the installer was courteous and efficient, thus two stars. But if I knew then what I know now, I would not have spent $4,500 on this system. The main problem is that after the water dries, it leaves behind water spots on shower doors, refrigerator water dispensers, wine glasses, coffee pots and so forth. These deposits or whatever they are come off, but why would you want to do all that? I called the company, and whoever answered said she'd have the sales guy get back to me. That was three weeks ago and counting.
Our original H2O Concepts whole house filtration system died after 15 years unfortunately. Ken came out to service the unit & gave us the bad news. He was great & installed a new system. Same day service was wonderful & 0% financing was an extra bonus. Ken was awesome!
We bought this system for our last house and it was amazing. We just bought another one for our new house and we are very exited to be using it again. John came out and installed our H20 system and he did a perfect job. He s probably the most professional and personable rep we ve ever had and his work was flawless. Like many water treatment companies, they count on consumers not understanding how they work. This system is only a large filter. One where the media cannot be easily or affordably replaced. If you don't want soft water, but a dedicated filter with cartridges that can be easily replaced. If you want a softener, find a company that will see you a Clack WS1 system. Or get a system that does both, softens and filters. They are easily found for about a third the price of what these are sold for.
Horrible, horrible and horrible. I scheduled an appointment for them to Come out and explain how it works and quote a price. Took off work early, lost money and the sales rep FLAKED on us!!!! Dont waste your time
Very good, on-time install. So nice to away from the salt and still able to get beneficial minerals in my water. Cost of maintaining Kinetiko and slime in salt tank was enough reason to give a non-salt filter and softener a chance. 10 year warranty helps and time will tell for taste and feel.

I highly recommend H2O concepts from a customer service perspective. That being said this rating is solely on their customer service. I am not able to comment on the unit at this time since I have only had it a couple hours lol.

John, the installer, arrived within the designated time period on 4/17/2019. He looked over my situation relative to the water, electrical and drain locations and made a few suggestions. Each had plusses and minuses. I selected the one most convenient to the water line and drain locations knowing I would have to have an electric outlet installed by an electrician, however, would be able to start using the system with an extension cord. I opted to use an H2O Concepts electrician for the installation of the electrical outlet and was told the electrician would get in touch with me in a day or two. When that didn't happen, I contacted H2O Concepts twice. Both times the person I spoke with made efforts to contact the electrician. Shortly thereafter I did get a call from the electrician and he said he would get back to me in a couple of days. He never did, so I then searched for and found an electrician who installed the electrical outlet today, 5/15/2019.
I am very happy with the water system, and John, the installer, was excellent. I'm disappointed with the electrician situation, however it did not keep me from using the system. So what would have been a five star rating is a four.
I'm not sure if the first ones you got sent to you or not but I'm doing it again. I gave you 4 stars because I have not been able to use the water yet. It just has to do with the delivery and install. The installer was very pleasant and confident and answered all of my questions. Arrived and set to work in a timely and efficient way. The installer has Just only left and is still parked organizing for his next install. So ask me again tomorrow after I've had time to use the water.

We are very unhappy with this water system. Never in the entire sales presentation did they tell us it would be hard water. They just said that it would have calcium and magnesium in the water which would be good for us.
When I called the company to complain about the hardness and the spots in my sink, they sent me a sheet that tells you all kinds of special products you have to use with this water. That was not mentioned in the sales presentation either.
All of our sinks have really bad spots in them and if we scrub them out, they are just back again with the first use of the clean sink.
We even used the two-part system of cleaning our stainless steel kitchen sink with BioClean and then sealing it with silicone sealant. The very first time we used the sink, it was mucked up with hard water spots, again.
This was supposed to be wonderful water. It's not!
