Called company to have ther older unit removed, was told someone would call me back .never heard back from anybody after two weeks. Called again to set up an appointment -appointment set up. I was told I would be contacted an hour before appointment. Waited for 2 1/2 hours for a call or text to show up, no such luck. Called company to find out why, gave me the runaround, then they said they called but never left message.Poor customer service, I would not recommend them.
