Excellent service, definitely recommend this hotel...
Excellent service, definitely recommend this hotel to everyone GREAT view of the falls. Fireworks over the falls is beautiful.

Aesthetically, it's wonderful. Truly, a clean and beautiful hotel with a spectacular view. My fiance proposed with that view in the background :) the staff was very pleasant and I was happy they were on shift! There were a few things that were off-putting. The jets in the jacuzzi tub didn't work in our room (and this is after we were told it was just remodeled), and for the price we paid to specifically have that luxury, that was really disappointing. We used the app to message staff we just got engaged, and asked if there was anything special for the occasion. We were assured there was something nice they would have arranged to be sent up to our room, annnd... Nothing. We asked about it further, question was dodged, and still nothing. The food wasn't bad, but not particularly great. That quality *really* didn't match the price at all. Of course, our trip was still nice - the staff we interacted with were professional and kind, especially at the spa and the lobby bar. They seemed genuinely excited for us! Absolutely recommend the massages... THOSE were definitely worth the money! Overall, if we hadn't paid the amount we did, I'd be giving a higher rating, but it was just too expensive to ignore the disappointments. Just make sure things work as designed, follow through on your word, and either drop the food pricing or raise meal quality.
Location, location, location. This Marriott is right on the falls, on the Canadian side. It's comfortable and there are plenty of services. By the entrance there's a Starbucks, bar and store.
The positive thing was the attractions the negative thing was that the staffs don't know what room you are going to get it you have to switch rooms because maybe your neighbor will be making noise and BANGING ON DOORS OVER AND OVER. Also your valet dissent come on time they came like 45 min late
Great hotel and great service. No laundry service. IHOP next door VERY EXPENSIVE for breakfast
Very displeased!! Booked 2 nights at $600 a night. Had to wait till 5:15 for our room, after numerous trips to the check in desk. Room service a joke. Beer ridiculously highly priced in lounge. Dirty fingerprints all over our window that we look out of to see the Falls. Much better when we were here 12 years ago. Big disappointment.
Unfortunately we were only there for one night. Have paid for two to the 150 and a free upgrade to a room with breathtaking views of the falls. Everything was clean, the staff friendly. You can not say more at one night, but the price was well worth it.
This view is just amazing. Would highly recommend booking a falls view room when staying here.
Hotel was quiet overnight, and room was nice and clean, however that was probably the only plus. Elevators take AT LEAST 5 minutes to arrive, and there were at least 4 elevators. Parking was also said to be $19 self-park, however when we arrived it was $30, which is crazy because the other Marriott hotel across the street was $10/day. Probably won't be back.
Nice hotel, great service. Very clean and quiet. Rooms are a little tired but bathroom was redone fairly recently and is very nice. Huge tv in the room. Expensive due to it being such a tourist area, especially parking. Our bed was comfortable but noticeably slopes to one side.
Disgusting over charge hotel. The view is basically what you are paying for and my hubby and I didn't even get The view it was The boys who appreciated it but as much as we The adults would off... The room itself is disgusting, dirty, badly cared for. The mattress was so uncomfortable, the pillows are feather pillows and so flat I hate this place. The bathrooms are so out of date and disgusting. Let me just put it this way it was an adventure to go out of the USA to Canada but really disgusted and disappointed that we spend soooooooooooooooooo much for a night and it was not a hotel that I would recommend to anyone! Oh the parking was awful we paid the 40.00 a night to park.
The room is not introduced, the location can be, the Chinese lady at the front desk did not understand, just give us a piece of paper. Was deducted 18.00. Check out this morning and speak English, and return the money to us. There are other services for WiFi and other services on the paper. If you take this paper, you will be charged.
Rooms were ok, but bathroom was still old and stained despite renovations.
Waited a long time to be seated for food, not usually this bad, maybe time of year was the issue, not sure but I wasn't entirely satisfied waiting 15 minutes to even take or order.
System was down when we wanted to check in, so there was a 20 min wait. But our room was upgraded for us which was a pleasant surprise. Rates are pricey but if you stay here, book a fallsview room on a high floor. It is worth it. For parking, park at Ritz Inn or at 6380 Fallsview Blvd for a lower rate than Marriott's $40 per night which is a rip off. Service is really good and holds up the hotel's reputation.
I booked an Executive Fallsview Room, Suite, 2 Queen, Sofa bed, Fallsview view for 5 people. We stayed only one night June 16, 2017 Room 1618. Fantastic view. Rooms look old. Bathroom clean with only two shower towels for a room of 6. I called room service I requested the other three towels we needed . When the service person brought the towels stood at the door expecting a tip. She did not receive any tip. An expensive room for six should have six shower towels.
Bathroom in the lobby area dirty.
Parking is $40.00 does not matter if you park yourself or valet. No free WIFI. The hotel charge $10.00 for WIFI. For such an expensive room fee a free WIFI would be nice. My first and last time staying in this hotel. Next time I would stay in the inexpensive Holyday Inn where a group of friends stayed 6/16/2017 , Wifi included, breakfast for two included and only a $10.00 parking fee.
Outdated decor, overpriced parking, no free WiFi (it's only free if you book directly through the hotel, no Groupon/Priceline/etc.)
Beautiful view! Right on the water. Only wish the lounge was open 24/7 or served food a little later.
We go to this hotel every year for two nights with a group of friends as a friends yearly gathering. We Always really enjoy our stay here. The rooms are good, very clean, the beds are comfortable etc. The breakfast at the hotel s restaurant is good. The view is fabulous, either from the rooms or the restaurant. The staff are usually good but sometimes you get a few nutty ones. This applies mostly to front desk staff.
The view was alright, but they shouldn't have labeled the room (fifth floor) as "Falls View;" it should have been "Partial Falls View." The rooms were of a decent size. You had to pay extra for EVERYTHING. In order to park 2 blocks away in a super sketchy gravel parking lot, you had to pay $35 a night.
I didn't stay here, but surprised my in-laws for their anniversary for dinner. They had a suite with an impeccable view of the falls
Room was awesome! Really nice bathroom and the bed was super comfortable. The omlett bar at the breakfast buffet was so good! The housekeeping was super nice and did a great job. And the view of the falls was incredible. Will definitely return here in the future!
Absolutely gorgeous Hotel with unbelievable Falls View & excellent rooms and customer service & customer experience.
The hotel has a wonderful view of both American and Canadian Falls. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We ate at Morton's restaurant in the hotel and the food was fantastic. My only complaint was the thermostat in the room must have been more than 15 years old and it was unable to cool down the room to a point where my wife and I felt comfortable.
cancelled my room in plenty of time because of a personal emergency and received a cancellation #. A couple of weeks later I check my corporate credit card and the charge is posted on it. I call in and get a case # and a promise I will be called back. weeks pass and no call back. I call in and try again. nothing happens. I get shuttled around between agents, each of them telling me they cannot deal with past reservations. Now my corporate card is on the verge of being suspended because of their general incompetence.
We had the premium king room and the views are absolutely amazing. You can see both the falls and they look even better at night. The rooms were newly renovated and the Jacuzzi was very relaxing. I've never seen a cleaner hotel room. The bed, sheets, and pillows were some of the most comfortable linens ever. And don't even get me started on the staff! So accomadating and polite. Went above and beyond. And every time you call the main desk they answer by saying "...at your service." Made you feel like royalty! Highly recommended!
View from our room was sublime. $800 a night pricey but the view helped. Hotel very nice & service well run. In room dining very nice.
Magnificent veiw of the Falls from our King Suite. We are celebrating our Anniversary and this location and Suite made it everything I'd hoped for.
Stayed at this hotel. Rooms are ok. Valet parking guys are just completely rude. We had luggage upon arriving and the valet guy comes out are you parking with us we said no he said you need to move even though we arrived at 2 am in the morning when no one was there. We went to park the car at the casino and had to walk our luggage back to the hote. As valet charges $40 a day. Then again had a bad experience when i was just dropping my wife. The valet needs a better customer service. Coming back in august to niagara but not living with marriott. Cannot give my business to this guys
Stayed at the presidential suite for my anniversary and gotta say the view is breath taking. We absolutely loved it.
Stayed 2 nights..wonderful views, location concierge and staff service but rooms need an upgrade. Not the the best Marriott I've stayed in as a Gold member.
Valet parking damaged my rental car, signed a release saying they damaged the rental car (scuff on door) documented it, I gave it to the rental car company who said that was good, but then Marriott refused to pay for the damages. Now the Rental car company a year later wants me to pay as the hotel will not honor their own acknowledgement of damages.
Forty dollars a night to park, damage the car (could have parked next door for twenty dollars a day or park at the Casino for Five dollars) not very professional.
Mighty disappointing for what you pay. Note that this does not have a good view of the horseshoe.
Regretfully the wheelchair accessible rooms were renovated recently and they can no longer accommodate my wheelchair. My spouse and I were quite heartbroken to discover this last Fall when we came to visit as we have been for the past 10+ years and we had to cut our week vacation short after just one day. The stunning view of the Falls you provided over the years will be sadly missed.
Beautiful hotel and rooms, disappointed that you have to pay for wifi but oh well.
BEAUTIFUL. All rooms have a view of the falls. We are on the 17th floor in a king suite with jacuzzi tub. Very clean and in excellent condition. Expected room amenities except no mini-fridge or microwave. Photos show the view from our room. Valet parking. All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Fantastic service!!! Every staff member we encountered was a pleasure to talk to. We got the breakfast package, which included made to order omelettes. Our room had the best view of the falls and New York and a jacuzzi. We will be choosing Marriott for future bookings.
It has a nice view. You can enjoy Niagara falls even in the bed. Nice viee, nice sound and nice fireworks at night. The only disadvantage is expensive price.
Our room 626 offers beautiful views of the waterfall.
It is a 3 star hotel for the price of 5 star... stayed there for 4 nights and from positive only a great view of Niagara Falls. And that is if you can afford $450 a night after all the fees and taxes ( it is 20% in Canada ))
It felt really professionally run, staff was friendly, and was a really nice location.
Hotel was clean and very nice. Employees also great. Only thing add 50$ a night parking.
Clean room, good service overall. Great lounge. Good view to the fall .
SUPERB HOTEL !! The view over the Niagara is amazing. I recommend this hotel. The staff are very friendly. The room is very pretty and spacious.
Good service. Nice people.. Perfect view. Of the falls.
Nice hotel, friendly staff and a great view. It's a little pricey, even for the view and you have to pay a fee to get a decent view even if you're staying using Marriott Rewards Points. I'd stay there again.
No fridge or microwave....such a nice hotel ..but missing some important amenities!!!!
My husband and i stayed here last night. Our room was on the 11th floor. We checked in in the evening, and walked in to a gorgeous view of the falls.
We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently close to many restaurants and activities. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well. The whole staff takes care of you really well
I will be bringing my family back to this hotel next time :)
Absolute best view
Of the falls than any otheher hotel. Fall asleep with the lights on the falls with rushing water as white noise. Hotel staff very polite and rooms are what you would expect, clean and luxurious. Great breakfast witha a view.
Great stay! Clean with fantastic views. You may have to request refrigerator and additional towels.
Room was clean. Staff was polite. Great view. Overall good experience.
Very helpful, I forgot my phone charger and they accommodated by giving me one from the front desk
Love the staff. Great staff, room is good. You can actually control the temperature of the room which is very important. View is nice, breakfast buffet was amazing. Close to the incline, so easy access to the falls.
We stayed at a superior view room 22nd floor king bed with a whirlpool tub. Room itself was awesome so was the check in and check out. Little bit of elevator wait time due corona policies.
Pros:
View is worth the price/room was exactly as shown in pics
Cleanliness
Quick check in/out
Cozy and comfortable
Lot of dining options nearby
Whirlpool tub is fun especially if you have a toddler.
Cons:
Parking on the premises ...very expensive - $45 vs parking around the corner for $35.
Everything around hotel is over priced. Hotel dinning options were extremely pricey( better to do some research and drive out a bit to dine).
Good restaurants close early ( we tried going for anything above 4.5 rating on Google ..which worked out well as the food was amazing but they close early)
I would advice against visiting any convenience store close to the hotel again rip-off
Were given option of 2 water bottles a day so take plenty of water
Would recommend a bit more of sound proofing around the door as anyone talking in the hallway can clearly be heard inside (people were generally very respectful so was mostly dead quite).
Worst experience ever. We checked in to our loft room, not cheap, and when we arrived in the room it was very hot before we left cranked the AC. When we arrived back after doing tourist running and we had a great dinner at Morton's the room was still hot.. Went downstairs stairs to see what the issue was only to find out it had been broke for 2 days and they never told us checking in. They had no fans to give us and had to call down 3 times for more sheets. There where stains all over the carpet the railing up to the loft was broke the shower heads did not work probably. We spent 750 a night for that and they wouldn't let you take a drink up to your room. The staff was nice the owners must be garbage to put their employees through that hell on Canada Day weekend. Never will stay here again.
Rooms are nice and spacious, Kailey at front desk was friendly and a pleasure to speak with. The view on the falls were very nice!
I'm very unhappy with the room size, the furniture was broken, falling apart parking is 40. A night. Insane the room was dirty. For the amount we paid I was disgusted. I will never stay there again
Nice hotel never tried the spa but the pool is great they should turn the heat up a bit in the pool room because is freezing cold and the tiles are like frozen ice cubes when you get out. And for the price you should have a mini kitchen in the rooms in the event that you need to cook or something for yourself or even your child in the middle of the night you can. And coupons for IHOP and other stores like how embassy suites does it. That would really bring in the customers. To be honest. And members should be getting package deals on a regular basis for booking with them.
Place was filthy dirty.. had to switch rooms... won't return
Very disappointing. I reached here with my wife. We were asked to wait for an hour for the room to get ready. When I went there after one hour, they asked me to wait more with no definite wait time. Very disappointing, and unexpected for a brand like Marriot where people expect much better services. Nothing more to say rather than disappointing experience
Had a bad experience regarding breakfast and next time I will be staying at the Hilton next door.
Was told both on the phone and at check in that the complimentary breakfast could be sent up to my room if I paid the $5 delivery fee and gratuity. Called room service in the morning and was told that they couldn t do it and by that time it was too late to go downstairs to the restaurant.
That s fine, I understand I was mistakenly given wrong information. But when you make a mistake you make amends for it and the 10% off my bill that was offered wasn t even enough to cover the difference between the regular room and the room with breakfast. I paid extra for the privilege of having no breakfast.
Great location. Enjoyed my room which overlooks the falls. Personnel working in baggage service could be more courteous
Take too much advantage of its location. The view from the rooms (all in addition) is of the falls. A word of advice take breakfast in your room not too expensive and the view breathtaking. The dining room is too low for a view. The rooms are old and cleaned quickly. And yes we are waiting behind you. On the other hand in a single room you will be entitled to the jacuzzi bath. Attention bad wifi and everything is optional. The staff is moderately friendly except the porters who are adorable. Do not spend more than 24 hours on site.
We had a great room with a terrific view of the falls. It was a bit expensive. Bit ww really enjoyed our stay.
It is with great pleasure to write a review for the Marriott Fallsview hotel in Niagara Falls, ON. It has become tradition for my significant other and I to frequent this fine establishment. We usually try to go during the week in January or February, not the typical touristy months. It is much more affordable and the experience is the same as if we were going during the peak season. We stay within a 5 km radius during our whole stay, frequenting the hotel bar and restaurant, the Terapin Grill. Upon arrival, we get coupons for the restaurant from our reservation and save $40 for dinner, so the final cost is minimal. The rooms we have stayed in are equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and the greatest beds in all the world. They also have an amazing pool, hot tub and sauna. We go once or twice a year and have the greatest time!! Highly recommended! Take your significant other here on your anniversary if you can. She will do those things you never thought she would ;)
View from our suite was amazing! We were able to see the falls change over the course of our stay. Incredible view, service and staff.
Our favourite hotel. Married at this hotel exactly 5 years ago today and came back for our anniversary. They left us a cake in our room to celebrate, and upgraded our room. Hands down best view of the falls. Really good buffet breakfast. Valet parking only, and it's very expensive - $40 a day. If you're a frequent player at the casino, park there for free instead and walk over to hotel.
Great room with fallsview and jacuzzi at standard rate, great attentive service throughout. Breakfast buffet was a highlight. Was quite annoyed at the 16 dollar per day rate for high speed internet.
