The service was great, as other reviewers have written, and the installer was courteous and efficient, thus two stars. But if I knew then what I know now, I would not have spent $4,500 on this system. The main problem is that after the water dries, it leaves behind water spots on shower doors, refrigerator water dispensers, wine glasses, coffee pots and so forth. These deposits or whatever they are come off, but why would you want to do all that? I called the company, and whoever answered said she'd have the sales guy get back to me. That was three weeks ago and counting.
