Allan was terrific! He answered all of our questions and gave us advice on our system. John was over to install within a few days. John was just as friendly and knowledgeable and he completed the install within a couple of hours. The warranty and service agreement (not contact) are vcomprehensive too. We are very satisfied customers. Thank you for sending your two superstars to take care of us. I'm off to wash my hair with chlorine free water!
