We moved into house that had this system. We have been here 3 months. The unit was installed less than 4 years ago. We were told nothing about it when we moved in. Well the Valve went out and we called 145 to come look at it. A lttle less than $1000.00 to fix it. When I ask if they could give us a break, I'm sure the part isn't costing them 800 I was told they were giving us break . They were fixing it, they didn't have to fix it since we were not the original owner. WOW. The technician wss very nice but their policies are terrible. THEY WOULD REFUSE TO FIX IT BECAUSE WE DIDN'T PURCHASE IT. A lot of money to pay for repair of a product that had a10 year Warranty and the product was only 4 years old.
