This is one of the worst companies I have ever had...

This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with!

I was totally lied to ...

If I could rate them as a minus 5 that is what they deserve.

I am trying to make this simple ... as I could write a mini book here... of the travesties they have caused...

I was told the installer would put the unit where I wanted it.

He was a huge ... older man... and his demeanor was either he hated his job or was ready to retire it turned out to be the latter... he was not here to do a good job for me.

He insisted that the unit be outside against my wishes. He put it where the sun beats down on the plastic and rubber parts... deteriorating them. Additionally we are in Dewey it freezes here... he put huge holes in my crawl space walls... all is very loose... not anchored. Nor did he wrap or insulate anything.

The plumb job is totally inferior as stated to me by a Lic. Plumber who was here working in my bathroom at the time and by a Lic Electrician.

As well as a neighbor who used to install water conditioner systems he looked at it and called it a "hack job".

I called and complained and told them I wanted it put where I had asked for it to be put in the first place... they refused... and started asking me technical questions... so I put the Electrician on to talk to them.

He finally got them to agree to come out and do it properly... when I asked when they could come out to do this... they could not give me a date... However, before they had my $4800.00 in their pocket they gave me an installation date right away!

That night ... their unit started shooting water in 3 separate areas... flooding a portion of my Arizona room and the crawl space beneath my home... I took pictures!!!

I tried calling them .... they provide NO EMERGENCY NUMBER!!!

I left messages they did not return the calls... I had to have a professional come out on a Saturday!!!

There is no excuse for them to not have Emergency capabilities...

They have my $4800.00 - I now have a damaged house! AND NO WATER CONDITIONER!!

If they do not rectify this IMMEDIATELY I will be filing complaints with all viable legal and protective agencies not just in AZ but also CA where they claim they are also licensed and certified!
