Installation tech was very knowledgeable, upbeat, polite and kept a clean work environment. John took the time to answer my questions and go over the system with me. I highly recommend H2O concepts from a customer service perspective. That being said this rating is solely on their customer service. I am not able to comment on the unit at this time since I have only had it a couple hours lol.
