The salesman was very knowledgable, courteous and patient. I am a procrastinator. The installer was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They both were awesome. The install was very clean. No complaints or concerns with the unit. We love it! Our water does not smell. The water does not taste like salt, chlorine or other chemicals. After showering we fell clean. The calcium build up on the fixtures has become non existent. No more calcium build up or discoloration! Dishes come out of the dishwasher clean. Clothes are brighter and cleaner.
