My car broke down in Atlanta my name is Timothy Smith I pulled into Gwinnett place Honda . I spoke to a very nice service rep named Rudolph. After a short analysis they told me what was wrong. Rudolph has the shuttle driver Carry us to the red lobster, eat and pick us up. They carried us to the hotel they picked us up the next morning and the car ready around 9 am did a wonderful job car runs better than it has in years thank you for your service Rudolph and the shuttle drivers. For the situation I was in and the speed and the care , and the understanding of being stranded .would say I rate them about a 27 out of 1 to 10 I was totally pleased with my service and I don't think anyone could have done any better thank you Rudolp ,drivers and Gwinnett place Honda
