Bought our 2nd car with GP Honda and we are super satisfied with the customer experience, agents, and the whole sales team. With COVID precautions set, we still wanted to minimize contact with people so we worked with Michael Scott and manager Joseph Yim to select, negotiate price and apply for financing remotely. Michael and Joseph were very efficient and saved us a lot waiting time. With all the paperwork ready to go, we were able to walk into our appointment, sign all the paperwork, and drive out the lot within 1 hr!
