I am here righ-now for a recall service and my car...

I am here righ-now for a recall service and my car is checked in 1.30 hours back. Go to service advisor to get status as it should almost be done per their original estimate. The advisor without even looking the actual status of work on my vehicle just said wiat for another 45 mins. It is ridiculous as it seems they just trained to say that without checking status.

Great and timely work performed, with a very nice atmosphere and courteous staff. Do not want to have to go back for obvious reasons of having collision work done, but if I do I will certainly choose this place.

Great cars both me and my husband have always bought cars in this dealership ! Not once! Not twice! Three times! But when they find out that you know a little bit about contract, finance, and Honda care . They get really defensive they only want to sell and that s it, they don t care about what you really want or need. Not coming back! Going to buford now and it is better! Finance man -M your actitud sucks.

Jeff Hawes has been my service advisor for years a...

Jeff Hawes has been my service advisor for years and he is truly phenomenal! He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and he goes out of his way to ensure my car is serviced correctly. Gwinnett Honda is great, but Jeff is the real reason I drive 45 minutes to the dealership. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Jeff!

I have been a customer of gph since I bought Honda Accord 2003. The buying process was great. However, the greatest experience was the maintenance. Great people, never try to sell anything that you don't need. I have seen the same faces in the last 6 years. Ronnie, William, Jefrrey and others (can't remember their name right now) always give their excellent customer service. Yes, I have been to other shops, and was suprised with the customer service at gph. The Honda itself is a great car

Leo Ko is awesome!! When we showed up for our appointment Leo was very professional and knowledgeable. We were comparing the Camry and the Accord. We had looked at the Camry the day before and were not impressed by their staff. After Leo answers all of our questions it was a no brainer. The Accord is a far better car and value than the Camry!! Albert in finance took great care of us too!!

Gwinnett Place Honda went above and beyond with their customer service! Long story short, my car had exterior paint issues. Was later told my paint warranty had expired and would take WEEKS to hear back from Honda to see if I would even be eligible for a paint recall (no guarantee I would get approved). Was not too happy to hear my 7 year warranty had just expired a month ago.
Kevin Bievenue from Collision Repair took care of that for me and I received a call the NEXT DAY that I was approved! He went ahead and took care of everything and covered a rental car for me on his behalf. The easiest process/paperwork because of his help and explanation. My car looked brand new after its repair! Couldn't believe it. Was told later by family and friends that I chose the right place to get my car fixed based off their own past experiences here. Highly recommend this place and will be more than glad to come back to get any service done. Thank you Gwinnett Place Honda! I am a very happy and satisfied customer!! Couldn't have chosen a better place!

This was best car dealership experience I have ever had - EVER. This place is a machine filled with customer focused people that absolutely do the right thing by customers. I just can't believe how easy this was and how well I was treated for a Honda recall. Simply amazing. The facility was fantastic, the staff (especially Covousier Stallings) were outrageously good, I can not think of a single thing that could have been done better. Well done! Looking forward to coming back! Bravo!

Gwinnett Place Honda was great to work with. I actually went to multiple dealerships and brands around Buford and Duluth. They were the only honest one from the start. Their offer was competitive, understanding when I said I didn t want to waste my time, and they didn t try to push me in to a higher model than I wanted. I did end up buying a higher trim level Pilot, then originally planned, but that was because we were able to negotiate a deal. I will definitely skip all the other dealerships and head straight to Gwinnett Place next time I need a new vehicle. Thanks Billy and the rest of the staff.

Made an appointment on line and greeted promptly by Alexander. We had bought an oil change package with the new car and in the system so paperwork done quickly. Car took a little longer to finish, but service area was extremely busy. Made it on time to my next appt. so no worries.

My experience with gwinnet place Honda have been the worst experience I have every had from any dealership I bought a part from them the person that sold me the part was Zoe McElrath very rude an unprofessional an then you have the assistant manger David he is just a big liar I think then really need to fire that whole parts department i paid cash an got the part from them end of not being the part I need I paid cash money over $100 an I come back to talk the part back they close all weekend then that Monday morning I go up there an take the part back then tell me that they don't give cash back so they guarantee me that the check will be there on Friday so I was being nice I will out so Friday hit I go back to pick up the check an Zoe said o they have not did the check yet an they all gone home an so I ask to speak to David said o thing we can do they just have not did it very unprofessional dealership now that I don't trust them it's money now I called David to see was the status of the part an he say o I have already sent it in the mail box an can you check that if it's not in there we will write you a check an cancel the other 1 I don't have time to play with them I work 2 job I never think I would receive service like this from Gwinnett place Honda I have work for Walmart for 7year I have never every in my life experience like that with no company an the worst thing about it all the part manger was on vacation I will never in my life reference no one to this place for parts I have been to curry Honda before an I never had a experience like that when you tell a customer something take care of your customer no sit up here an have him or her come all the way to the place once you have told them you have it an your parts manger on vacation an can't take care of your customer maybe people there need to take class on customers service I know the service I have received...

I understand that they have to reel you in. However, I called and asked if they had any idea if they could work with this down payment $ -, this credit score of the buyer -, this credit score of the co-signer -, etc and said I just needed an idea if we should even stop by because we were in the area and really didn t want to waste any more time at a dealership that may not have anything to offer.

The woman I spoke to was very friendly. She seems great. But I even asked for reassurance when she told to come by right then and ask for (Name), and she reassured me they could help us get a car that night.

It s understandable that maybe she really thought we would end up buying a car that night. However, we walked in, and (Name) got all of our info and didn t even write it down because he knew he wouldn t be able to help. That s great because he didn t run my bfs credit and take it down any.

They were all very friendly, and I m happy (Name) didn t waste our time. The lady I had spoken to on the phone even called the next day to ask if I had ended up stopping by. It seems like they have good customer service.

Everyone at Gwinnett Place Honda was incredibly accommodating. The whole team worked with us to get us a great deal on the vehicle that was right for us. They were very patient and answered all of our questions. Our salesperson, Colette, was especially awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly and that we ended up happy!

Despite some rude comments that were made to my family by a manager, the rest of the staff was great and kind towards us. Although the situation regarding the comment was not addressed in a timely manner, they sat down with us in person and apologized. Regarding the car, we bought a Honda Civic sports model and our dealers were very compassionate towards us. They made the experience of buying this car so much better

There are many other Honda dealerships much closer to me but Gwinnett Place is worth the drive. Great service, friendly techs and more importantly their pricing is highly competitive. Zach serviced my car most recently and as usual took good care of things.

On top of that, Renzo, who was the salesman who helped me through the process, was awesome. He was very professional, and I did not feel pressured by him in anyway. All around great experience.

Always prefer coming to this service department, they are efficient and honor their work.
I had let this year s worth of service needs build up, I knew I was I was in for a bill and a longer wait. They were wonderful and got all the work I needed done in just over 5 hours.
I was able to work in the waiting room and not miss a day of work that would go towards paying the bill I was about to face.
They even helped with a coupon to take some percentage off the bill for me.
Truly grateful to have a good service deck so close to home. Their competitors at the Mall of GA could learn a thing or two about customer service from this team.

We have bought many cars here before but now I will never shop here, I live in Florida now tried to work a deal with the sales man over the phone so I dont waste time coming to Atlanta for nothing, I did not recive any calls or nothing from the sales man and sales manager Dustin like they just didnt care Dustin said he would call back at 10am next morning still no calls. Bought a CRV from GPH. It is less than 2 years old. Had to have it towed to GPH service because it wouldn't start. They had my car for 1 day. Brought the car home. The next morning, the car won't start. The service department is horrible. The Service Manager was too busy to speak on the phone when I called to resolve the issue.

Traded in a vehicle when leasing a 2017 CRV from Gwinnett Place Honda. In the process of trading, I forgot my fairly expensive $30.00 jumper cables that were under cargo tray inside rear tire storage well. When I called Gwinnett Place Honda about the cables , I had to wait a day and did not get a return call, I called again and asked if the would get them for me. After no response after a couple of hours, I called back and was told they were not there. I hope someone enjoys them as I can't get them back. Rest assured, I will never darken the doorsteps of Gwinnett Place Honda Sales, Leasing or Service again.

I recently had a great experience with the service department. When I was disgruntled about my appointment getting lost in the system and discovering that, as result, my repair was going to go into the next day, Brandon and his manager, Jae, took great care of me to ease my frustrations. They made sure I had a rental car free of charge. Additionally when I came to pick up my car, they ensured that the car was spotless inside and out (free of charge). Icing on the cake, Jae gave me a set of all-season floor mats I had been eyeing as a courtesy for my inconvenience. Outstanding customer service.

I chose Hendrick's Collision instead of Classic Collision and I am so happy that I did. Matt Paolini provided the best customer service, making everything so CONVENIENT for me. Not only was I satisfied with the body work performed to restore my car "like new", but he personally kept me informed at every phase, from retrieving my vehicle from the accident scene, to an estimated date of completion. There were no surprises, which is rare these days, in this industry. I will definitely send my friends to Matt. He went the extra mile, so to speak, and made me feel like I was his only customer, spending time to field my many nervous questions. He provided extra professional courtesies to accomodate my busy schedule. A real pleasure, give them a try, you will be pleased! 5 star rating, for sure!

I recently leased a 2020 Honda Accord from Gwinnett Place Honda. From the moment I was greeted and welcomed by Joseph Quintons, my sales person, to the final delivery of my vehicle, the entire process was superb and the most pleasurable car purchasing experience. The Management team of Chris Suh and Dustin Vance worked in a very professional manner in making the pricing work, which enabled us to consummate a deal. The finance office represented by Marquis Taylor was very streamlined and his knowledge and experience was very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. Joseph Yim the internet specialist, kept me well informed regarding the whereabouts of my vehicle, as it was shipped via rail to Georgia. Kam Cheung, Service Manager greeted us and reviewed the vehicle's warranty and followed up promptly with an email regarding one of our concerns. My father personally asked to speak with General Manager David Kwon to compliment him regarding the pleasant experience while interacting with the various disciplines of his team. I fully understand why Gwinnett Place Honda is Georgia's #1 volume Honda dealer. That is because they earn it every step of the way. I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new Honda vehicle or a pre-owned vehicle.

We tried dealing with many of the local used car lots to try and find a quality used car for our daughter. Gwinnett Honda didn't give us any of the typical used car salesman sales tactics. They had service records of the vehicle we purchased which made us feel confident that we got what we paid for. High recommend this dealership.

I ve never had a problem with their service here on my Ridgeline truck, it s been worked on here for most stuff without complaints. I have never bought a vehicle from them because they give good $$$ on trades and don t negotiate to well on what they are selling. I give them a chance every time but never seems to happen. I like their service department though.

The Collision Center at Gwinnett Place Honda was the most efficient service I could imagine. My car was crushed in the back end and needed new exhaust, tail pipes, bumper, and hatch back door replacement. They had it done in less than 4 days! Amazingly fast!

I will definitely recommend this dealership and I will tell them to contact Dustin Vance and Joseph Quinton because they are outstanding salespeople. It was indeed a pleasure dealing with them. Hendrick Collision Center at Gwinnett Place Honda really lives up to the reputation they have built. I could have gone to a collision center much closer to where I live, but due to my previous experiences with them and due to their BBB reviews from their customers, I decided to make the longer drive to have my repair done. I am so very happy that I made that decision! I felt like Matt Paolini was truly working in my best interest from start to end. That is such a great change of pace from most businesses you go to elsewhere. They will definitely get repeat business from me in the future. Paul worked tirelessly to find the right car for me--I hate driving an automatic, and finding a stick shift car in 2019 can be rather trying. Paul persevered and ran all over the place in the cold, dreary weather, and by the end of the day I have a car I really enjoy driving.

Joseph Shin was great and such a helpful salesman. There was no pressure to buy and he always made himself available for any questions or concerns I had during the purchasing process.

Service department has so many people working and as a new customer nobody acknowledged me when I pulled in the garage. I had to call my salesman Joseph Shin in order to have anyone from the service department to look at the car (at one week after I bought my car--there was a nail in tire, which they removed for free).

Just wish the free drive-thru car wash was actually open during operating hours so that whenever I'm in the area, I can actually utilize the drive-thru car wash.
