When I called to confront her, all she said was sorry. They tell you one thing and then do the opposite. In the case of buying a used vehicle, I would recommend you shop around for better rates and other loaners than the ones they have. ALSO, they tell you about the first time buyers program, but don't disclose that it is for college grads, who purchase $20,000 + vehicles, and whom put $3 - $4,000 down on a car. They give you the image that they want to help and have all this access, but in the end they are no different than most car dealerships, just seeking revenue.
