I had a problem with the window rolling down with my remote, I drove in to the Gwinnett Place Honda hoping for quick and kind service. I never had a good experience at any kind of dealer shop. But Service Advisor named Luis Escobar provided excellent services. Explaining, getting shuttle and until the drive out he was the consultant that I highly recommend
