My vehicle was serviced on November 24th, 5:20pm for an oil change. The next morning, my signal was coming on continuously, alarming me NO OIL. Honda at Gwinnett Place identified the faulty oil filter, which had spill oil completely over the bottom of the vehicle.
Service Assistance Steve and Manager Butler, and the service technicians found the problem quickly, worked with me for the correct solution. They did an excellent job cleaning up the oil spill on the vehicle, replacing the faulty filter, replacing the fresh oil I purchased in order to return to the dealership, and reimbursing for the inconvenience.
It really was a relief, the process went well.
