I needed a simple oil change and tire rotation. I always ask for my service writer Rick Z at Gwinnett Honda. Even with just a small service request he gave me his full attention and courtesy, compared to the nonchalance and indifference I've experienced at another Honda dealership closer to my home. Driving a few miles out of my way to this dealer is way worth it.
