My car needs an oil change and tire rotation. I checked the web site to confirm Gwinnett Place Honda had proper social distancing, mask wearing, etc. and I felt comfortable in making the appointment. I pulled my car into the garage at Gwinnett Place Honda and I notice employees with mask below their nose. The person helping me was wearing his mask properly. Then I counted 3 Techs walking into the garage with NO MASK and I noticed a customer that didn't have a mask on as well. I asked the person helping me that I wanted my keys and my car because I did not feel comfortable. I drive 20 miles to Gwinnett Place Honda and I could drive 7 miles to another Honda dealership. My lease is ending within the next year and Gwinnett Place Honda will not be getting my business. If your employees don't care about the customers to keep customers safe during a pandemic than why should I spend my money there.
