My family and I had a wonderful experience everyone made sure we were being attended. Javi, Gabriel, Arusha and Darian made our visit pleasant. One of the things I liked the most was how they made sure that we understood everything that was being explained to us. Love my new car and I am happy with the service that was provided. If you don't have a Ford yet I suggested you go and visit and and let these gentlemen assist you. You won't regret it.

Best service and facility

Our FIRST Lincoln lease. We always lease MB in the past because of the service and facility its offered. After much of the research we decided on a Lincoln because of extra features its offer without extra money out of pocket monthly. We were pleasantly surprised how nice of the facility and how pleasant our service adviser Paul and all the staffs at Gwinnett Place. We were approach by staff members with a happy greeting. A little bit of a wait but we didn't make any appointment so it is understandable. Location also a plus because we could walk to grab lunch while waiting. Definitely come back.

Cherrel Harrison is the by far the best car sales person I've worked with to purchase a new vehicle. She went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, which made the process go as smoothly as possible. She's very personable, as well as, knowledgeable when it came to the Ford Explorer that I purchased. If I'm ever in the market for a new vehicle in the future, I'd definitely return to Gwinnett Place Ford to work with her again.

Service department has to be the worst I've ever dealt with. I learned a valuable lesson today, when you make an appointment it's with the individual you are giving your keys to, not with the mechanics. Not a happy customer at all.

Bought a F150 a year ago from there and Finn comb the area and other states and found be the truck i wanted and the price I told him I will pay... It was a challenge I will admit !! He came through 2 weeks later with the best deal and the sweetest truck in the area. Then My wife needed a newer vehicle so I called him up and said ... If you have time Sat we are coming up to but a new vehicle..... We want the Edge and here is the price range....... Later that day the vehicle was ours at the price we wanted..... start and simple..... If he can not get it at your price he will tell you.... they will not sugar coat you and keep you spinning for 4 hours longer than you need to be..... thinking they can wear you down........ So really if you want a up front honest straight shooter FINN is the only one you need to see at this dealership..... 2 of my 3 Fords are from there.... I only wish all 3 was from FINN.....

Got to say Gwinnett Place Ford Services are one of the best out there. Purchasing car is just a very small part of owning a car. The real quality of a car dealership is it s service depart. We have always had quality service. Now with the pandemic going on we are very concerned of just how safe it is going there. My wife had put off service that was due in March due to Covid 19. Well she could not put it off any longer. Talked with Richard service advisor and he was simply fantastic. Also got a call Alaina the service manager. Richard answered all our questions and worked out a very safe way to drop vehicle off and also pick it up...all being extra careful of safety. We simply could not have had a better experience. I know it is a pain to some people to wear a mask and gloves but Richard understood completely. He was so kind and helpful. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about Ford service at Gwinnett Place Ford.

After I bought my car the manager called me the next day to threaten me into paying him $2,000.00 or I wouldn t get my car title. Since I didn t pay him, they damaged my car when I brought it in for an oil change and wouldn t fix it unless I paid them. Never going back again!

I went in for a couple of recalls on my Ford Focus...

I went in for a couple of recalls on my Ford Focus and was expecting to be there all day. Pierre Parham was my service advisor and thoroughly explained the process and the estimated wait time, which luckily turned out to be less of what was expected. I still have the recall for the clutch left, but given the time it takes to analyze and replace, I am to receive a call in about 2 weeks for that service. If you have a clutch recall notice as well, expect the service to be completed in about 5 days, so you'll be receiving a rental to ride around in. I'm very glad I got Mr. Parham as my advisor, his customer service was exceptional and highly recommendable.

Leroy was the best sales man in the car business! As soon as I pulled up, he was there ready to answer any questions that I had, and he was quick to find out which car I wanted to test drive. Everything was smooth. Turnaround time (going in and out) took less then 4 hours & purchased the vehicle!

Disappointed in the service department. Poor follow up and careless. My 2019 Mustang GT was at the dealership for 3 days for a flat tire. I was told the technician let it slip his mind and "forgot" about my car and it wasn't done. Then received a call 45 minutes later saying that your service department/ parts department ordered the wrong tire and it would be another day before it would be ready for me. Never notified me when the car was ready and when I went to pick it up from my service adviser Matt, he told me it totally slipped his mind and again "forgot" about me. Terrible experience and I won't be back.

This literally was the worst buying experience I've ever had at a dealership! Finance and Ford has lost a loyal buyer. How I was treated and left out of the loop on a deal I was under the impression was closed but to find out 4 weeks later it was never approved. No one even contacted me. Disappointed, frustrated, and confused with how unprofessional this experience and dealership was...never again!!!!!

The service there isn't acceptable. They keep your car longer than they need to and then tell you they cannot replicate the problem that you as a customer have been having. I actually took my car back to this dealership for the same issue about 5 to 6 times over the three years I had this catastrophe. And only when my car was undriveable were they able to finally figure out what was wrong with it.

After buying a Van, I had to take it to service and they did not give us the report of what the Van needed and I had to return because we noticed that the tires were breaking to pieces and these nefarious people did not notice! even though they balanced it. And when I return to the town, to have my tires changed, they made us lose more than 3 hours. And they came out with the fact that they had to review the warranty with only 8 months of purchase. Absolutely new Van with new tires and with only two thousand miles. Therefore, I do not recommend this branch of car sales as it is Gwinnett Place Ford. And the seller (#Frank P. Mercardante) who did not put his hands in and became ignorant as he had already sold and acquired the money. It didn't help at all, they just made us hope that someone else would help us and that person never came.

Had a great experience here. My sales associate Vernon was extremely helpful and friendly, and service was instantaneous. Once we got a price established, everything was quick and efficient. Everyone I interacted with treated me like family. Would recommend this dealership to anyone

Not a good experience with their service departmen...

Not a good experience with their service department. Had an issue covered under warranty, Ford Corporate took over 2 months to get the part which means were in a rental for over 2 months. Not Gwinnett fords fault specifically however we needed an oil change too and even though i offered to pay, they didn't even offer any type of discount towards it for our inconvenience. Every time they were supposed to call us to give us updates it never happened and I had to call weekly for updates myself.

Have emailed them via their website 3 times with my issue and story and they have gone silent with no response.

If there was a Zero star option, I would put it. A discussed a price with salesmen Chris Mimms over the phone. He said he could do my deal at the price I wanted. I go to the store, it ends up being a different story. This guy lied to me, made me drive up all the way there, and wasted my time. If he couldn't do the the price that we discussed he should have just told me before I came in instead of wasting my time. This guy kept trying to sell me things I didn't want. He was offering GAP before I even drove the car. I told him, I just wanted the car, not his ridiculous amount of marked up warranty packages. This guy was trying to make a dime, but the whole time failed to sell the core product........ the car. If they ever discuss a price with you over the phone, just know it is a big fat lie.

I came here to have an oil change aka The Works which includes tire rotation and topping off all fluids before I went on my trip but noticed when i got home that my coolant and windshield wiper fluid was never replenished. Good thing I checked before I hit the road! I called back and spoke to Paul who was very apologetic and courteous on the matter and advised me to come back . I did wait 2.5hr originally for a 1.5hr wait but nothing should have been missed since it took so long. Paul addressed my concern in a timely fashion and I was good to go.

Jason wouldn't take no for an answer. He was going to do what it took to get us in an f150. I had sold my Ranger and wasn't sure about the price of a new truck. The staff made me and my wife feel like they had our best interest at heart and gave me a great deal. Signing the papers and paying the down payment was a breeze. Great deal on a great truck.

I brought my vehicle in for an appointment that I had scheduled (There were no other costumers when I arrived) and it was not looked at all day. I notified them that I would be picking up my vehicle and taking it elsewhere. Once I arrived at the dealership I was informed that they finally got a technician to diagnose an issue for something that was NOT the primary reason I had brought my vehicle there in the first place. On top of that the repair cost for that issue would be exorbitant. I was then told that I would have to bring my vehicle back and pay for a second diagnosis for the real reason I had come. I feel like this was an attempt just to get some money since I wouldn't be getting serviced there. I do not know why my vehicle was not given the proper care despite having been brought in so early WITH an appointment.
TBH the staff that I spoke with were very nice. However at the end of the day I was NOT able to get the service I had come for.

Sold me a car that had a clean title. Found out the car had been in an accident and was lied to. Sure they gave me a doctored carfax, but when I ran it again a month later, the accident shows up. It was reported right before I bought it. BEWARE OF THESE CROOKED PEOPLE!!

Stay away. This is a bait and switch dealer. I contacted them after seeing a Fusion Energi on their website. It took 5 days for Jose Pagano to get me pricing and when he did they jacked the price several thousand dollars above the advertised price on their website! It totaled almost 17% more than the online listed price. RUN AWAY. Don t give that lame excuse. The fusion energi I was communicating with Jose about is still for sale. I have an email from Jose today saying so.

You know that queasy feeling you get right before you get to the dealership. The one that prepares you to do battle with the person on the other side of the table who, in your opinion, is only there to soak you for every penny they can. Well, I had that feeling going in but, it did not turn out that way. The sales person was friendly, he listened to what was important to us, got us everything we asked for, and we got it at a better price than we had expected. The finance person even found additional incentives that we qualified for. It is the first time i left a dealership not feeling like i had just been had. Many thanks to Finn Misa, who was patient and very attentive. The only reason this didn't get 5 stars was due to another sales person who was near us swearing up a storm while telling a story. I found that to be unprofessional especially as there were children present.

Service after the sale... Not good

It has now been over a month since we purchased the vehicle. We are still waiting for financial paperwork (lender information). Ford has added an additional $700 to the loan without explanation and the dealer has not responded to any of my calls regarding the loan information for this purchase. I have called again today and have left another voice mail. I don't believe they will return my call. Will update soon.

I was only going to give 1 star. I was told my truck would be done in 2 hours, it took 5 hours. The shuttle did take me to the mall but I could not get ahold of anyone to come retrieve me. I kept getting transferred to a call center out of state. After almost 50 minutes and walking close to a mile, I was picked up. After 3.5 hours they finally decided to give me a loaner car. Did I mention I may be quite Hangry at this point? I finally recieved a call that my truck was done ( 5 hours later, not 2 hours). I go to pay and see they are charging me for an air filter, well my truck has one of those expensive air thingies that don't require an air filter to be changed. I asked the service tech to show me the air filter that I was being charged for, he looked quite puzzled.
I finally asked to speak to the manager, she was kind and apologetic. She did help make it somewhat right with my final bill ( minus the air filter charge too that was not replaced ).
I will say that Jennifer in billing and Elaina the manager were both very kind. My day was a total lost in productivity d/t being stuck there most of the day.

I was not told the time of the repair or given the opportunity to leave and return for the car. After work in 12 hrs until 6am, waiting for Ford to open at 7am, and then waiting for a mechanic at 8am, to finally be diagnosed by 9:30am, at least telling me how long it would take at some point would have been nice. As well as a pricing break down on the labor. 350 for 2 hrs or work seem does not seem auspicious.

We were looking for a very specific used vehicle which I found available at Gwinnett Place Ford. Initially I connected with Semir, Used Car Manager. He was very responsive and clearly interested in ensuring we have a good experience. We decided to take the family up to the dealership to check it out. We were greeted by Vadim and he was the sales professional that walked us through the purchase process. Vadim was the perfect fit for us, he kept our two young boys entertained as my wife and I discussed the purchase. He was very "present" through the process. He did a great job listening to what was important to us and providing options that frankly made the purchase decision an easy one. I would highly recommend Vadim and Semir to anyone seeking a great experience in purchasing a vehicle. They'll take great care of you.

Very disappointing experience with Gwinnett Place Ford leadership. I have called Ford Motor Company to file a formal complaint and I hope to hear from someone concerning my troubles. Their Bill of Rights states that the customer has the right to honest information. I hope they do the right thing.
My communication is documented and my negotiations happened over the course of two days. They failed to honor a negotiated price. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Mikhail was very patient in making sure I got a good deal on the car purchased. He was very professional and helpful. The paperwork took an extraordinary time to complete. This was no reflection on the sales staff. Preparation and delivery went well and was delayed due to parking difficulties in the lot. I would highly recommend to all to use Mikhail whenever possible .

To be honest ... I went to Gwinnett place ford wanting the 2016 mustang ... Realistically I knew it would be an arm and a leg to get it , that said u was ready to settle for a used vehicle or an older model . I got to This dealership also moments after being pressured to buy a vehicle I did not want at Rick Hendricks Chevy not so far Away ... I met Mikhail Granovskiy there upon arriving to the ford dealership ... Real approachable , he listened to what I can afford and want .. And he did do what he can for us both to leave with what we wanted ... I ended up trading in a 2013 Corolla for a brand new 2016 Mustang .... Which I did not expect to leave with but when you have people that can actually meet your demands as Mikhail Granovskiy did the offer was hard to pass up ... Now of course there had to be a middle ground but this ford dealership was not shy to help push the middle ground a bit more my way as much as they could . I always Met a real nice Man who helped seal the deal .... Arusha in which I hope anyone who is interested in any ford vehicle , may ask for Arusha ... My experience dealing with anyone in the finance office for most dealerships , you would meet some of the worst kind of human beings ... Probably psychopaths or borderline sociopaths .... Especially in Atlanta Toyota .... But with Arusha if you do not want something he won't pressure you , if you need a detailed explanation on what you are getting etc be prepared to get a real and detailed explanation ... Arusha is not shy to turn his computer monitor and show you the numbers instead of telling you what he wants you to hear and be condescending about it at the same time ... As long as your credit is good please do not think you cannot walk out with what you exactly want ... Instead of what the dealership tells you , you want ... And I am happy to say after one bad experience with other dealerships , Gwinnett place ford had me drive out of their lot knowing I left with what I want ! Take care

We purchased a great 2015 Ford Fusion at a great price recently from Gwinnett Place Ford. We had a very helpful trio of salesmen, Dave Fobare, Tony Nelson and Robert Turner. They helped us find the perfect car that checked off every item we were looking for in a vehicle. They were all very courteous and never pushy like some salesmen can be. When it's time to replace our other vehicle, Gwinnett Place Ford will be the first place we look.

Purchased a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium from Gwinnett Place Ford and had a great experience. Mikhail Granovskiy was great to work with and made the whole process a terrific experience. Nadav was great too! He went with me on my initial test drive and was great to point out all of the options on this particular Ford. I would definitely recommend them for your new car needs!

The service advisor was rude first to my son and then to me. He was condescending and oblivious. He had absolutely no idea how to talk to or treat customers. I left there very angry when we finally were given our vehicle back. Someone from the dealership called a few days later and inquired about our experience. She was very apologetic and promised the Service Director or Service Manager would call me on Mobster when they got in. Neither one of those people called. Instead they assigned me another service advisor who really didn't being up the period issue without me having to being it up several times. I don't consider this an apology or a company that cares whether the customers feel safe or satisfied.

We purchased a new Navigator, working with Mikhail and Frank, and had the best experience. We would absolutely recommend both of these guys, and the dealership in general. They were not pushy, appreciated our timeline to buy the vehicle, were sensitive to our time constraints, and understood from the outset that we had already done a fair amount of our own research and did not want to spend hours going through all of the vehicle's features.

I received terrible and dishonest service today at...

I received terrible and dishonest service today at Gwinnett Place Ford. I feel like they tried to take advantage of me because I gave them an out of town address and am a young female. I came in for a complimentary brake inspection because my brakes had been making a creaking sound. I waited for over an hour at the "Quick Lane." They drove my car around the block and then into the service lane, where I watched as several men just stood around the car. When I was called to the counter, I assumed they would tell me the car was good to go and the noise was due to metallic brake pads. After all, a brake inspection cannot be performed with the car on the ground with the wheels on. Instead, I was quoted $650 for two new calipers and a brake flush. I was informed that the front left caliper was sticking and that both front calipers needed to be replaced. The man at the counter could not answer any of my questions. He could not even tell me what kind of pads were on the vehicle or their condition, but of course, the car was never raised nor had the wheels removed. He also told me that if I got the caliper lubricated, there was a strong possibility that it would still need to be replaced. As soon as I started asking questions, he realized his scam was not going to fly and asked if I was taking the car with me today. I took the car to Midas 1 mile down the road, where I was informed that when the pads and rotors were replaced, the calipers were not lubricated when the brake system was put back together. The total cost was $45, and the creaking noise has stopped. Do not get your car serviced at this location, unless you want to be ripped-off.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. I took my car for them to replace a fuel pump but they changed the battery and put 2 sensors on it, that total came up to 684 dollars. I received my car back and it was doing the same thing. So I asked could they do what they were supposed to do they said yes for another 1000 dollars so I was like no thank you so I payed for another tow to get my car back on a flat tire. Don t trust these scammers. Full of s***...this is a summary
