Glenn Benedict went above and beyond my level of expectations. He was sincere and transparent and made my experience very worthwhile. I will definitely be heading back to Gwinnett Place Ford in the future because of Glenn.

They suck!! I went in for service on my truck and ...

They suck!! I went in for service on my truck and they tell me a coil needs to be replaced. What they didn't tell me is if I don't replace all the problem will come back. My truck is having difficulty picking up speed. I paid 900 to get the problem fixed and specifically told them to fix everything so the problem doesn't come back. Well the problems back and now they say oh I need another 1400 to replace the other coils. No credit or anything offered just, "there's no way around it" you should have told me that the first time. Won't go there anymore. Stay away they will will try to milk you dry. They are crooks!!! By the way the crook that ripped me off is now the manager of the service department. Go figure. I fixed the problem myself having never worked on a car in my life, have not had a problem since.

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely terrible. I had an appointment scheduled which means I took time out of my schedule to visit their establishment. As soon as I get there I pull into their service lane where I wasn t greeted nor guided thru the lane. I get out and advisors just looking at me as if I m an idiot. I approach one of them, note still haven t gotten a hi or anything yet. He is sitting there hands in jacket pockets I tell him my name and I have an appointment for my vehicle. I tell him the advisor I was scheduled with and everything. He first says that advisor is no longer here I m like ok then he says we re busy and not taking in anymore cars because of thanksgiving holiday all this without looking at the computer didn t verify my appointment didn t even reschedule me. He stated that he usually doesn t work Mondays and gave me a card and said call him to set up appointment. I m not going to name any names because I m not trying get anyone fired but I really believe it had something to do with the color of my skin. I was just stared at by other employees from service and sales as if I wasn t suppose to be there. I met another man there to complete a transaction before I got my vehicle serviced and they spoke to him and I was the one with the Ford vehicle. Shame to say he wasn t a black man. I use to work as a service advisor and the way I was treated there was the most horrible experience ever and I wouldn t feel comfortable with anyone there to service my vehicle I mean they can t even put air in my tires. Long story short if you are black proceed with caution!!!

First off, the sales person was excellent! Got me a 2018 Mustang Ecoboost Premium that I fully enjoy! I was actually happy with my visit until when I got home going through the paperwork. I was charged $2500 for a warranty that is 36 months or 36,000 miles. Now, the car already comes with a warranty FROM FORD and it is transferrable to the new owner (ME). Yes, I did sign the form for this other warranty but only because when it was presented to me I was told that this is for the warranty and I assumed it was the Ford Warranty. I should have read that part and its on me. The other thing that I was highly disappointed in was the ZekTek forced charge. The sales manager said he would do it "at cost" of $650 since it was already applied to the finish. After reading the contract from ZekTek, I would have to come in every 6 months to have it reapplied and the cost is for having this service done within the warranty period, not the initial install. I also found out that this is an optional charge that I was being forced to get. There was also another warrany thing that I paid $750 for but again when I signed the paperwork I was told that it was for the warranty. I will be writing and calling them to have those warranties cancelled and refunded to the finance company. I will not be going back in the future and DO NOT recommend the dealer to anyone due to the finance team carefully hiding this info from me in the form of "This is just the warranty that is already on the car". NO IT WAS NOT, IT WAS EXTRA. I want the MAPP Warranty refunded and the ZekTek refunded!!!!!

Finance Manager Arusha Hunter committed Auto fraud by lying about rates, vehicle pricing, and financing requirements.
On June 7, 2015 I purchased a new 2015 Ford Escape SE (Vin: 1FMCU0G98FUB68164). From the time I entered that sales office everything was a lie. I was told in order to get the 5.9% interest rate I had to purchase $7,145.00 in additional maintenance contracts or I would have a 11.99% rate. Of course wanting the lower rate I agreed because I trusted a dealership to tell the truth. After speaking with some co-workers (I work for a bank) they told me to contact the Ford Credit Underwriting department. When contacted I was informed that I would have received the rate of 5.9% regardless of maintenance agreements. Furthermore, I had actually hurt my loan by oversaturating my loan as I am now stuck with $10,000.00 in negative equity. Seeing how they had lied to me about this I decided to look over every detail of my contracts. I was told that Skylink, and anti-theft device, was included at no cost. However, they charged me $800.00 for this device. They also overcharged me on the sticker price. The final vehicle cost based on the sticker was $33,397.00. Arusha actually charged me $33,697.00. Effectively stealing $300.00 from me. On top of that was a $699.99 customer service fee. So in all they conned me, fraudulently, into giving them an extra $8944.99. I am seeking legal counsel for this fraudulent act.

Herb made the process light and fun instead of allowing this process to be very stressful, as most car purchases can be.

We purchased a used Fusion about a month ago. It had a check engine light the following day and the dealership was not very cooperative in the beginning when trying to get the repairs done. We requested an extension on the temporary tag due to us moving, and got the run around for 7 days. We have not been able to drive the car for over a week. I spoke to 4 people there and they never call back, but when they do I keep getting transferred to someone else. I am pretty modest about the horrific car buying experience, but these people truly do not care. Also worth mentioning, a car we originally went to look at was mysteriously not on the lot after calling to confirm it was there. The staff looked for two hours and we overheard some salesmen talking about hiding cars on the back lot for their buyers.

Miriam Morgan is great! She made my truck purchase nice and smooth, and she was not pushy at all. It was overall a great experience. She and the finance department there at Gwinnett Place Ford will stop at nothing to get you into the car you want at a price you can afford.

I was honestly a bit hesitant at buying a car here...

I was honestly a bit hesitant at buying a car here at first. I didn't feel like I would find anything or someone who actually cared about my car buying experience. I was completely wrong about that. The moment I walked in, I was treated with care and respect and my sales agent Marlo Taylor was very thorough with trying to find me a great deal. I was greeted by multiple people who knew my name when I walked in. I work in the restaurant industry so when that happens it makes you feel good and welcome.

Throughout the process, Marlo seemed to be very down to earth, friendly, professional, and he seemed to be more of a friend than just someone trying to find their next deal. Although, I'm a tough sale, Marlo and his co-workers were very nice about trying to find me something I like. Although I didn't get what I was looking for, I got a car that I can honestly say I really love and I never would have thought of getting on my own. Now I have a great car and a great friend I would definitely bring more business to because I know he would take care of them the way he took care of me.

Today was a bad day. I waited 2 weeks for paperwork on an extended warranty. After countless calls and messages I came into the dealership to find that my warranty hadn't even been processed. Then I waited an hour to be given the wrong documents for another vehicle. Total of 2.5 hours and I still have no warranty. Upsetting to say the least.

I have been a car owner for the past 5 years and being a new resident to Georgia I needed/wanted a truck....All of my concerns were addressed on the spot...and I had plenty....There were not issues reaching him once I left and realized I had more questions...I really appreciated his patience.

Do NOT shop for a car here!! I was lied to throughout the car buying process, and then to make it better, they promised me free oil changes. However, they do not have it on file and I have called THREE times to try to talk to someone about this and they have not called me back. They avoid issues and are not honest. I will never be shopping here again.

The overall process was as expected at a dealership. Spent far too much time negotiating the sales price and the back and forth that goes with it. Had to follow up on a service item that was promised upon sale but it was taken care of by my sales and service associates. Typical dealership experience and hopefully a sales manager is reading this: You have a better chance of gaining customers and having repeat customers if you are transparent with pricing and options without the time consuming haggling. Online car buying is slowly eating away at your business!

I recently purchased a vehicle from this Ford dealership and thought I had a great buying experience. I purchased a vehicle in my company name with me as the guarantor and was told by more than one finance manager that the loan would not show up on my personal credit. I specifically asked them if they were sure, they confirmed. I just ran my credit report and see the loan showing up. I contacted the director of finance and was informed that he would research it and get back to me. Its been a week and he has not returned my phone calls. I decided to contact the GM of this location and left him a message and have not received a phone call back. I called the manager on duty Herb and asked for the corporation info who owns this Ford dealership and he replied that he didn't have the information. I have purchased 7 Ford vehicles in the past 2 years and will never buy from this location again. This is the worst customer service I have received from any dealership, so consider another location before choosing this location that provides customer service and takes care of there customers.

I shopped around for a while before I decided to purchase a mustang from Gwinnett Place. The salesman at Hennessy tried to push what ever they had on the lot on me even though it wasn't what I was looking for. I saw a mustang that I liked and asked for one like it with different rims. I was told that those were the only rims that come with the car. To make a long story short Finn asked what was I looking for and found a BEAST for me with everything I wanted. I am a satisfied customer.

Really bad costumer service, and the sales people are worse!!! Bought a truck and started having problems one week later. Took 2 weeks to get a maintenance appointment and more than 1 month to finally trade it in. Got a 2019 model on1/11/20 and dont even get a full tank. Unbelievable! Once you sign those papers, you became a second class costumer.

Their service department has made me uncomfortable...

Their service department has made me uncomfortable and paranoid about driving my own vehicle. I took my edge in for a 85,000 mile tune up and to have the rotors replaced. Long story short, they didn't do their job properly. They never tightened the lug nuts. So 2 hours from home I got to experience my truck shaking and knocking. And had a very stressful ride home, having to cancel my mother's day trip. Put me and my family in danger. We will be taking our business elsewhere for future services on our vehicle.

P.T. in the service department helped me get my car repaired quickly. He was polite and followed up with me on all the details via phone & text. This service department was able to get the parts my car needed for repairs faster than other 3rd party competitors in the area as well, and their quote was fair/reasonable. My wife and one of my co-workers who also own Ford vehicles have gotten theirs serviced here, and had no issues as well. PT went above and beyond my expectations, and helped resolve a complicated issue I had with my vehicle in a timely manner.

Cedric, Linda, Geo and Keith demonstrate total commitment to outstanding customer service

Cedric showed creativity and flexibility in solving my problems with my car. He was my first point of contact and remained diligent and available to me through my entire experience.

Linda is professional, courteous and genuine. She's an empathetic and focused listener. Linda's skill set is not easily duplicated. I can see her training employees on the "art" of real customer support.

Geo did not pressure me to close the deal or influence my decision. His confidence and industry knowledge work well with his natural ability to perform as a servant leader.

Keith skillfully managed my technical challenges with connecting my phone. He gently guided me and gave tips on how to make it work the way I wanted it to for my comfort.

Idiots. Plain and simple. We dropped off a fully charged electric car for service and we we're given back a car with an almost completely spent battery. Looks like they took our car joyriding. The dealership refuses to return calls.

Very cool place. I needed a little tiny part for my car at home. Their guys on the phone and in person were professional and knowledgable and got the job done. I enjoyed looking at all the new vehicles on the lot. Wow what a collection and selection of great cars and trucks. Access was easy and traffic no big deal. I went early on Saturday morning. Hi! I recently visited Gwinnett Place Ford and was immediately greeted by Herbie. After a brief introduction he invited me to take some test drives. Not just one, but both of the ones that I am considering. After the testing we discussed financing possibilities and after less than 30 minutes (which I understand to be very quick for this type of thing) he brought me a few options. After telling him that I needed to consult with a close financial adviser, he seemed to understand and is politely awaiting my next visit.
So after Herbie helping me to get a new Transit ....4 years later Jeremy over in the parts department has been helping to keep it running. He always is friendly to work with and cares about his clients by order parts quickly keep up the good work!

We stopped by to look at a couple of pre-owned Ford Taurus's and was greeted by an employee. He didn't look like a saleman as he was wearing skinny jeans, tennis shoes, and had dyed hair but he introduced and showed us the cars. After some small talk a Mustang convertible pulled in (was out for a test drive) with four guys in it. Saleman said, and I quote "A convertible with four guys looks so gay." Then looks at us. "Oh i don't mean homosexual gay, but just gay" ....What? I'm sorry but I happen to gay. We will never be back to this dealership again.

I wanted a 7 seater SUV by trading in my Nissan Rogue 2017....and visited many stores like Audi,Benz and Toyota but I liked the Driving comfort in Ford Explorer .So I visited some Ford stores around Atlanta and observed that except for Nate Masresha from Gwinnet Ford place no other sales person is as good as him .He worked with me really hard to get me the car with the price range I m in and with all the features which I needed.He explained about the car details and stayed late to make the sale go smooth.Would really recommend Nate if you are buying there . And the finance manager and the store manager were very patient throughout the process and explained me everything ....I left happy with my car and great feeling that I got it for good deal than my friends who bought in other stores .

Thanks for the experience guys and also if you need a ford vehicle with a great deal visit this store and ask for Nate Masresha.

I recently Bought a New 2017 Ford Explorer (Oct 2016) at Gwinnett Place Ford. My sales guy Finn was professional and courteous. I am very satisfied with my purchase and over all experience.

I originally went to Mall of GA Ford and left after the sales team there applied high pressure sales tactics to try and pressure me into buying a vehicle that I was not sure on just yet.

When I arrived at Gwinnett Place Ford I had a totally different experience with my sales guy Finn. He allowed My Wife and I room to discuss what we needed in order to be comfortable with our purchase. In the end we arrived at a price that we were comfortable with and are now the proud owners of a new 2017 Ford Explorer.

Don't buy a car anywhere else in Gwinnett!!!!!

Great service and great car but have constant harassment for extended warranty coverage by mail and robocalls since I purchased a new car from this dealership. Letterheads on mail were from GP ford. Have not gotten any help from them despite several attempts.

Customer service was excellent. Actually got help from two associates. Mikhail was very down to earth and helpfully persuasive (although the inventory and prices spoke for themselves). Herbert was very straight to the point in finding out what you like and getting the deal done for what you wan to pay ( the surprise to me was i ended up paying less for more). About to take a friend there soon because he likes the same car.
