The service advisor was rude first to my son and then to me. He was condescending and oblivious. He had absolutely no idea how to talk to or treat customers. I left there very angry when we finally were given our vehicle back. Someone from the dealership called a few days later and inquired about our experience. She was very apologetic and promised the Service Director or Service Manager would call me on Mobster when they got in. Neither one of those people called. Instead they assigned me another service advisor who really didn't being up the period issue without me having to being it up several times. I don't consider this an apology or a company that cares whether the customers feel safe or satisfied.
