This was my first purchase with Gwinnett Ford-Duluth and I had an awesome experience. My sales person was Frank Mercardante. Frank was extremely professional, patient and went over and beyond to help me find the car that fit my wants and needs. I absolutely LOVE my Ford Fusion and the Gwinnett Ford staff!!

He was genuinely helpful, went out of his way to ensure all details had been disclosed, and ran down the information we needed with the appropriate personnel. Salesman vasques who wears fedora hats is very unprofessional. Avoid him if possible. Sells you a car then doesn t reply back to you if you need anything. The guy named Ozzy who works in the service area is very professional you need more people like him.

Samir was great from the minute he greeted me until I drove off in the sunset. They had the exact F-150 I wanted, and worked with the available rebates and financing offers to make me the best deal available. This is the way car buying should be.

Frank Mercardante at Gwinnet Place Ford was a pleasure doing business with. Was looking out for my best interest the entire time and together with Austin they made a miracle happen for me regarding my situation.
Friendly demeanor, very sociable and gave off a laid back vibe with no feeling of being rushed or trying to put me into a car.

Frank is what every salesman should strive to be, someone who just isn't at work for a dollar but who enjoys their job. Couldn't have gotten a better person to help me than Frank Mercardante.

I recently bought a 2017 Mustang from this dealership. My sales agent was Mr.Finn Misa and I would recommend everyone to ask for him if you are looking to buy a car, he's awesome! He's very professional, nice, and has a good sense of humor!. He patiently answered all my questions and helped me with my car registration as well. I am sure all the other agents in the dealership are good but based on my direct interaction I would recommend Mr. Misa if you really want the best customer service and experience when buying a car!

Bob Guiterrez in sales and Jay Vaughn in finance made our purchase and experience a memorable one. Bob took the time over the course of 2 separate visits to take us on test drives of 3 different vehicles. Never felt an ounce of pressure on such a large decision for our family. We found the car we wanted and Bob came back in after his shift was over to see it through. The Service Dept is top notch and professional, with an eye for detail that is unmatched by other Ford Dealerships that I have been to. You bring your car in for specific servicing, that's what you get. Other dealerships try to upsell you which leaves one to question their honestly as in: "Did I really need that additional service?" That doesn't happen at Gwinnett Place Ford Lincoln which is why I enjoy having my 2016 Mustang GT w/Track Pkg. serviced.

I was on hold for 5 minutes which would have been okay if I was able to actually get information on all the parts I need. After pricing one the parts person hung up on me. I guess because I don't have a commercial account there he didn't find my needs were important enough.

The experience was just great. We bought a Ford escape. The car is exactly what we wanted. We do need to point out that the staff was friendly and super helpful. They wanted to to sell and we wanted to but they were all very reasonable and met all our expectations related to price and financing.

Went in for an oil change for my truck while I was also looking for a new truck in the showroom. I asked one of the guys for a test drive and he just refused saying that We don t test drive . That was a very rude behavior and it clearly proves that these people are bad at customer service. They just probably lost a potential buyer and vehicle services as well. I am never going back to this dealership ever again for a new vehicle nor any services.

Also it took them 1 hour and 30 minutes to change an oil in my truck. Note that it was a weekday afternoon and the service department was empty with no upcoming vehicles.

If you have a plenty of time to waste and love to be treated like trash then this is the place!!!

Do not buy a used car from here, they are the type of dealer that gives used car dealers a bad reputation. Salesman and I had agreed on the phone (after I stopped at the dealer twice to look at the car) on a price for a used car. I came in to complete the transaction and I was handed a sales slip that added $150 into the price. Dealer said "I know we had agreed on a price, but my manager really wants this higher price". I declined and asked for the key to my trade in back. I was not given the keys and was pressured into trying to agree to the extra $150. They said "It's just $150, c'mon". I was clear in demanding my keys back so I could leave, and they then relented and agreed to the price we initially agreed on. We completed the sale and I drove the car home. The next day, the check engine light came on. I diagnosed it myself and discovered they had simply forgot to put the gas cap back on when they filled the tank. Sloppy work, but I can live with it. The next day, the fuel gauge stopped working. I asked for assistance, and they have repeatedly delayed a response and now have disappeared on me.

Typical used car dealer, plays games and doesn't stand behind their word. Buyer beware!!!

From start to finish my buying experience was absolutely phenomenal ! I dealt personally with the stores top man Steve Ferenczy along with the help of my salesperson, Herb. I did most of the leg work via phone and internet which thankfully prevented me from spending hours and hours in the store. These guys get you in and out without the typical and painstaking game of poker one usually has at other dealerships. Steve personally found the right vehicle for me, from "soup to nuts", make/model and price I was unbelievably pleased with the entire buying experience. I highly recommend giving these people a shot, you won't be disappointed...

My salesman, Frank Mercardante, was incredibly helpful and diligent. I knew exactly what car I wanted to buy, and have filled out a bunch of online inventory quarries. After that, a bunch of sales people at other dealerships called me and tried to get me to come look at cars that were not the same as the one that I wanted, but only Frank Mercardante from Gwinnett Place Ford called and said "we don't have what you are looking for today, but we can get it" And get it he did.

This is an edit of my review of this dealership from two years ago. In the past we have had several negative experiences with this Ford dealer to the point that we have dreaded having to come to them for anything what so ever... car buying, service, or otherwise. However, today I must give credit where credit is due! I brought my 2014 Mustang into the service department for a recall on the front passenger air bag and the experience was FANTASTIC. Everyone I spoke to during the process was courteous and professional. When I told them that I would need a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop Ms. Lynda was right on the ball with providing me an EXCELLENT 2019 Fusion for the day to use on my work commute. Two thumbs up to Ms. Lynda and everyone in the service department that worked with me to service my Mustang at this location. THANK YOU!

i have been a ford customer for over 50 years .normally i am very pleased with the dealerships i deal with , and have bought two cars from GWINNETT FORD , But I WAS TOLD I WAS GOING TO GET $1000 OFF THE PRICE OF A USED LINCOLN MKX BECAUSE IT DID NOT HAVE THE GPS ON IT. I BOUGHT THE CARSIGNED ALL OF THE PAPERS AND THE NEXT DAY NOTICED THAT THE $1000 WAS NOTTAKEN OFF OF THE PAP[ER WORK , I ASKED THE SALES PERSON ANDHE SAID THAT HE NEVER SAID THAT.
THEN I NOTICED THAT THERE WAS A $699,99 CUSTOMER SERVICE FEE , THAT I DID NOT EXPECT AGAIN HE SAID THAT IT WAS A NORMAL CHARGE , NOW I SEE THATI WAS CHARGED A SERVICE CONTRACT OPTIONAL FEE OF $2900 THAT I WAS NOT AWARE OF . LET ME JUST SAY TO BE CAREFUL WITH WHAT YOU SIGN FROM THIS DEALER AND ANY DEALER , THEY ARE SNEAKY.

Service is unbelievably great, paul lyons is my service advisor. He is very personable and on his game in this industry. Unfortunately due to credit i bought a 2014 ford fusion from carvana. Brought my car in for a brake issue which turned out to be the pump. A snow ball effect happened and the camshaft messed up due to the pump. Paul kept in contact every day. Got it back a week later. Then as i said snowball effect, the turbo and other things went wrong. Paul got me right back in there to get to the bottom. Rest of the story short he and his guys stayed on top of it and worked with ford on warranty and etc. Kept me up to date day by day. Cleve the service manager has an awesome crew , hope sales is just as good and hope the price is right in the near future, they've made a service customer for as long as I'm living in georgia!!! And its going to be a very Very long time. The customer service is the definition of southern hospitality!

I purchased my brand new 2015 Ford Fusion SE from here and I got the deal of a life time....these people are awesome!!! The people are so friendly and fourth coming. I submitted a request for information on my vehicle of interest, I received a call within 3 -6 minutes later from Mr. H Michael and the next thing I know me and the wife was on my way to Gwinnett Place Ford for a test drive I completely fell in love with this vehicle.....1 hour later, my wife was driving a car that was suppose to be for me home hahahaha, needless to say she loved it too. They sold me a certified 2009 Mustang Gt in 2011after three years the clear coat is fading on the entire car the sales people are horrible the only solution they have is well trade in your car i had bought a warranty that covered the paint and they will not value it they said that it could not be covered under the warranty because the car was sold with a bad paint job and that it was my fault for purchasing the car had a clean car fax its sad to see that a such a big dealer won't even care about what ford stands for you might as well buy a car at one of those cheap dealers because Gwinnett Place Ford is starting to seem like it the people who work here should be proud to work at a dealer that stands for what ford is and not some cheap sneaky dealership that will just sell you a car to make a cut on the sale. Before people would ask me where i got my car so they can see if they can go get a car now they ask me so they no where not to go no everyone now says nice car but what happen to the paint and all I can say is Gwinnett Place Ford sold me a cheap painted car since they will not do anything I hope that this review helps anyone not go to Gwinnett Place Ford for this $1500 paint job that they could have fixed I hope that people see this review and make Gwinnett Ford lose more then the price I have to pay to fix their fraudulent ways of selling cars.

I called gwinnett ford on a tuesday to inquire about a 2011 Ford Edge that they had posted online for 20,900 with 29000 miles. I spoke to a salesman there that confirmed the price of this vehicle. It sounded like a good deal so my family and I drove 49 miles to go look at this crossover. When we got there we were greeted with great hospitality from the used car sales manager. The salesman walked us all over the back lot to look for a car that wasn't there. After about an hour at the dealership they rememberd that they had loaned the car out to a different customer for the weekend. The sad thig is that I had gotten a call from the manager saturday night confirming my appt. They offered to bring the car to me when they get it back which was nice.
After I left I called him back to get what the pricing with dealer fees would be. This was ridiculous!!! The salesman Michael said well the price of that vehicle is actually 22,900 plus tax and dealer fee. I asked him how did it go up 2000. He said "we did the certification on it and possible repairs." The car is still under factory warranty, what did you have to fix? Salesman " I'm not sure...if tires or brakes were bad that could have been it" Couldn't believe the line of crap this guy was feeding me. What happened to INTEGRITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Our experience at this dealer was the best it was the first time you visited the dealer, and honestly the service was the best, the sales representative Gabi Mor was the one who helped us, and made an excellent job putting us in a car that could be approved by low credit, very good representative who also speaks our language.

I have been working with Frankie Mercardante for a while now, I ordered a Focus RS from him. So he knew I was in the market for a gt350 as well...low and behold he came through on the exact one I wanted. The process was simple and easy, no pressure, none of the if you don't buy now someone else will snatch it up tactics other sales people use from time to time. I met and spoke with the GM, and every team member there said hello and were extremely friendly. I highly recommend going to their shop and meeting the sales staff, they are a friendly and family oriented and have made a customer for life.

We were test driving the car we wanted to see within 5 minutes and Bryant (a/k/a "LT") had answers to every question. Financing was quick and easy. This was, by far, the best experience I've ever had buying a car, new or used, and I've purchased quite a few. I highly recommend you seek out Gwinnett Place Ford & Lincoln and specifically, Bryant, for your next purchase. He's nice, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Thank you, Bryant.

Their service team is also excellent, Alaina Conner Service department manager is great person to work with. They understand and value your time and your business. I went in to purchase a vehicle listed on their site. It was at a great price and someone had beat me to it (no it wasn't a bait and switch, was actually purchased and gone the next day). They allowed me to test drive a few others, they get their vehicles at auction and sell them quick so if you want one and its at a good price you need to move fast. They do offer very competitive prices and they typically drop as a car has been there. Do take note, since they have high vehicle turnover and get many from auction, they may not have been able to spot any and every issue, so test drive one you like! I drove one that definitely had wheel bearing issues, but those are not easily picked up on. The salesman said they'd probably send it back to auction so they are running an honest business not trying to sell junk. The sales staff was reasonable pressure, they followed up with me and tried to get me to buy another on the spot. Unfortunately they quoted a higher price than I wanted and have since come down to a price I would have entertained but i'd already bought elsewhere. They are lower pressure than some other dealers i've been to so its not awful, but go in knowing what you want and they will try to make it work. Overall decent experience, i'd shop there again.

I am writing this review for the wonderful experience that I had at Gwinnett Place Ford when I helped my cousin Radu Anis purchase his brand new 2016 Ford Explorer. Samir Moudnibi was our salesman and guided us trough the whole buying experience and took off all the pressure that comes with buying a new car. He explained to us the finance options, went above and beyond to get us the best deal, explained to us all the fine lingo in the contract and really gave us all the time we needed to make the right decisions for us. When we took delivery of the SUV, it was brand new, clean and filled up with gas. Samir explained in great detail how to operate the navigation, and all the options, programmed Radus phone integration. And he also made a few follow up calls to make sure all questions were answered and everyone was happy. Worst customer service of my life! Giving them one star because I have to, in reality they deserve negative stars. It s a shame that communication doesn t exist here. It s also unbelievable that associates call customers liars only to avoid discipline for a mistake they made.

Hassle free...That's the way car buying should be. I went to Gwinnett Place Ford to buy a Ford Expedition that I saw advertised on their website. The vehicle was exactly like the pictures shown on the website and the same price that was advertised.The sales consultant Finn Misa assisted me and was very courteous. Within a few hours I was walking away with the keys to my vehicle. It was a good experience.
