Called and spoke with the parts department to get prices and make sure they had the parts I needed. I was on hold for 5 minutes which would have been okay if I was able to actually get information on all the parts I need. After pricing one the parts person hung up on me. I guess because I don't have a commercial account there he didn't find my needs were important enough.
