If I could give them NO stars I would.. Waited 3-h...

If I could give them NO stars I would.. Waited 3-hrs for a oil change and all I got from the manager was "sorry we had a mishap" what the hell does that even mean? No one ever came and told me anything about why it was taking so long. So I would never use this place again.
