Old hotel but good overwll...lots of resturants nesr the hotel

Hotel is comfortable and spacious and its location is good. Its rooms are large and the restaurants within it are excellent.

Our room wasn't ready at check in so they upgraded the room for us with additional free extra bed... the beds are comfortable, food is v. Good. Staff are friendly.. highly recommended

Beautiful, comfortable hotel and champion location. The swimming pool is sweet and has a muddy pool for children with saliva. Defective maftaf shattaf in the bathrooms.

An establishment of excellence, you cant go wrong by any means with this hotel. Location, food and service are unparalleled.

Amazing as always... we visited Bahrain and Gulf hotel is the symbol of Manama in terms of quality and price. The personnel is trained and kind. The restaurants always are improving and of course, we will come back with pleasure.

I have seen the rooms and attended a few events and I am always pleased with the atmosphere and the staff!

When I checked in they couldn t find my reservation , and I waited about an hour until they manage to find,then I waited for another 2 hours to prepare the room!!!

Horrible experience. 1 3/4 hours to get luggage and when it did arrive it was not mine. After waiting that long I was asked to come down to find the luggage. After waiting that long I carried it up myself. This waste of time effectively ruining my plans with my last day with my family for 2 months. I have two young daughters that were going to sleep before a late night flight out. That didn't happen so we were not able to enjoy the pool very long or have dinner together. At 12:30 am water started pouring in from ceiling I called to report and had to call back to get offered a new room. They sent a handyman after about 15 minutes who came and said I would have to wait for him to get a ladder. That is when I called to complain about not being moved and was then moved to another room. I have told at least 20 people at my work of my experience and I will tell anyone else who will listen. You will not get my business and if I can help it others as well.

ideal location at the heart of manama only a few minutes walk away from the famous block 338 where the best 5 star restaurants are located, the rooms are quite spacious, the hotel is very elegent, there is a variety of restaurants serving foods from different cuisines all of which are exellent.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Gulf Hotel. It's well located and very close to Adliyah, which is a really lovely neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants. The women's spa at the hotel also has excellent exercise facilities, including a great sauna, hot tub and steam room.

I would happily stay at the Gulf Hotel again, should I have business in Bahrain again!

Very nice and big hotel, however no attraction views outside the hotel. Restaurants and spa are very good. Large lobby area however menu is pricy.

The hotel is beautifully located
The hotel apartments are big and sweet
And the spa does not miss you

The room service in this hotel is a disaster. Today I order my breakfast at 06:10 am to be delivered to my room Mr. Qasim replayed and took the order (the ordinary Arabic breakfast). The time reached 06:45 am and no breakfast delivered to my room so I called again Mr. Qasim replayed and said we are sending all room breakfast all together I waited till 07:15 am I called the reception ask for Their help to get my breakfast delivered . I called room service again, the same Mr.Qasim told my the breakfast is in the way . I called the reception asking to call the manager on duty Mr.Hassan , he called me back and he wrote an official complain and promised me to escalate it to the higher management level. ( I hope ) cause the provided service is totally not even a 1 Star hotel. Finally, I got my breakfast left at the room door step at 08:00 am and it was short of the omelet and my cappuccino , so I just called but not the room service the reception to aid me and help me in looking for the rest of my breakfast

What a 5 STAR HOTEL

Good location, good facilities, very good food variety, no access to beach and relatively fair swimming pool

I went to Sherlock Holmes Bar downstairs for food and a beverage, coming from Saudi this is my normal first stop for a Gammon Steak and Real pint. Great staff and Alround good place to be!

This is a beautiful hotel, one of the finest hotels, easy access to it, in addition to the conference rooms and its link to the hotel, with a beautiful and wonderful passage .... I have beautiful memories in the conference halls.
