GULF HOTEL, Manama, Bahrain Review

Room service take long time , wifi is very weak, moreover no fresh juice .

Attended the staff appreciation in the main conference hall, very nice place and facilities.

The outside pool and bar is lovely. The business lounge is wonderful. The food selection is amazing.

Because this is a 5 Star hotel, and its awesome. You wanna spend a luxurious evening go to Gulf Hotel. Unless you're to worried about price, then don't. Because its a 5 Star hotel, you gotta expect the place to be pricey but its the luxury and aura that's awesome. Wanna propose to a girl you like ?/Do it here

A very well known hotel, one of the best in Bahrain. Don t forget to check out the GYM, they have massage as well.

Stayed at this hotel for a weekend break. Could not recommend enough. Very friendly staff and great service. They really go above and beyond. We stayed in the deluxe room and it was very spacious, clean and modern. Lovely bathroom with a large bath and tv on the wall. If you go over the weekend you have to try the friday brunch at Al Waha. Food was amazing so much choice. Can order fresh fish to grill. We had lobster! And Tara did a fabulous job topping us up. Lovely entertainment. Couldnt recommend enough. Can not wait to come back

One of the best hotels in the middle east. 5 star service with a good food.

It was a great experience.
The place in general was good, it was clean and the service is good.
The pool was great, but the water in kids playing area were cold for kids. There were a person in the bar near to the pool he was so drunk, families were there with their kids, they shouldn't allow him to drink that much, especially when he start shouting and throwing money everywhere.

Excellent experience. The food, the facilities, the environment, the service, all deserve the hotel's 5 stars. Great for families as well.

The rooms are quite average, the swimming pool and the outdoor courtyard are very nice and fun for the kids in the pool. The breakfast is varied and the staff are very faulty.

My only choice for Bahrain visits. Various types of restaurants avaiable( thai, italian, chinese, japanese, mexican, persian, lebanese).

Best Hotel in Bahrain with many Food n Drink outlets

Service was excellent and rooms were clean. Attached restaurants were good.

The hotel seems to be good enough, but not a real 5 stars. Rooms are kinda small and cleaning is not perfect. I'm not saying it's bad, but you would see some missed spots, which is important to me. And if you're paying premium, you should expect to receive premium service.

The device that controls the room lighting and clock/ alarm is so old you don't wanna touch it. The writing is gone from the keys. Same thing for the phone too.

There are no outlets or USB charging stations near the night stands. I asked for extension cord, they said they don't have one.

Biggest issue is the water!!! One, shower keeps getting cold and hot while I'm taking a shower. It's so obnoxiously annoying. Further, the water pressure is so weak you barley get some water.

Oldest living icon of the Island. I had lunch with a few friends at the international Restaurent. Could have been better.

This is a very nice hotel with bars, 10 restaurants and coffees but it is expensive

I just feel speechless when I talk about this hotel. It is my and my family favorite destination in Bahrain. This hotel has the best restaurants including Zahle (food and service and staff but not the program), Alwahah, Thai, takhit jamshed, and all. The staff makes you feel home.

The Gulf Hotel is one of the best hotels in Bahrain

They have a new tower and an old tower and they have an apartment tower
Clean and a nice place and a legal side close to everything
Parking lots and have more of an entrance

Cosy hotel. You will see what you expect to find in a 5 star hotel. Some of the restaurants inside are good. Parking could have been much better because it's almost all the unattended. No one there to guide the guests. May be it may of its case but whenever I visited I couldn't find anyone to give directions!

I haven't stayed at the gulf for a few years. We needed to stay in that area. The staff are still great and friendly but the rooms are getting old. Our room had a wierd smell that I think was from the carpet. Competition is fierce and there are a lot of options in BH.

A very luxurious hotel with lots of restaurants and the hotel's garden is very nice and the meetings are very impressive with its 3 nights experience

Great hotel with amazing facilities and very spacious and comfortable rooms. The entrance feels the slightest bit dated but being an older hotel that's not a surprise and doesnt take away from the experience at all. Incredibly friendly staff. Highly recommend!
