Absolute luxury! From Hermes toiletries, a grand entrance to really friendly staff. Bed is the comfiest ever! And rooms are absolutely gorgeous. Absolutely love that we chose this hotel. The nearest metro is Schuman about a 10-15min walk. There is a square of food and desserts right outside the hotel. And two beautiful parks right by the hotel. One 2min walk and other about 5min walk? Definitely won't regret booking here.

I loved. The attention super. The concierge took care of us like in any other hotel. The delicious breakfast. The best possible BED. The pillows, the sheets are sold because they are very good. Shampoo and dresser all Hermes. Very good hotel. Only far from the center but still only half an hour to walk.

Welcoming and nice staff, beautiful surroundings, free water, fridge, good beds, quiet. Only minus: When you switch the light on in the bathroom at night, the WHOLE ROOM is enlightened due to the glass wall. Nice, but not practical.

I stay here on business and on the main the stay was ok (only ok, 3 stars for the stay). What has really annoyed me and forced me to write my first ever review comment on a hotel is their service.

They have invented some excuse story about not being able to provide an invoice with my business address on. They did not respond to emails, contact requests or messages until I really forced an answer. I asked on check in and was not informed that this would be an issue.

No other hotel I have stayed at (i am in hotels weekly with work) have had this problem and it appears incompetence and/or laziness are behind their unhelpfulness. For a hotel of this caliber and as part of the chain Accor this is really surprising, especially when the Novotel (same chain) could do it.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff, the rooms are absolutely fantastic but the highlight was the staff, they are so friendly and welcoming that you feel at ease and invited at all times.

Great hotel. We went as s couple for a kid free weekend. We loved the local area. A village feel in an area you would expect to be very soulless. Lovely vibe and Sunday market. Easy to get into town. Lovely rooms. Good massage. The food was very good too. The only think this hotel lacks is a good spa and would be good for a better gym and sauna etc.

Very well. Impeccable rooms, spacious, practical and comfortable. Quiet and quiet environment (at least a Sunday night). The service is of quality as well as the menu of the restaurant which proposes original dishes, very creative, based on regional products and which revisits with happiness many traditional recipes.

We had a perfect weekend staycation and enjoyed every aspects of the hotel. The health and safety measures are a good abundance of caution which made us feel safe and comfortable. The quality of the restaurant is top notch and our dinner at the 1040 was such a lovely experience with both good food and ambience. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. We basically can't wait to go back.

I went there for a nightly event on the roof-top...It was just perfect. Music, drinks, warm night, the full moon... Really great

The staff here was wonderful and very accommodating. My room was very comfortable and I loved the nightly turn down service, complete with a chocolate on my pillow. Awesome location, with great places to eat or grab a beer in the small square outside.

Gorgeous hotel in the heart of Brussels!
Modern and elegant, the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The Sofitel know how to do it right!
This hotel has a restaurant and chocolate shop. The roof top terrace is beautiful and gives a great view over the plaza area.
Within walking distance of everything you want to see and do downtown!
Lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

Although I spent only one night, my experience at this hotel is very satisfactory. The welcome is warm, pleasant and cordial.
The rooms are spacious, very clean and all the supplies are present in the room (I think for example has an iron for the professionals)
An additional but significant point, the beds are very comfortable, which ensures a very good night's sleep.
Overall, I can only draw positive points.

It was a first experience and it will not be the last.

It is a hotelazo. Very well located, has a parking lot, somewhat austere gym, meetings rooms, etc.
The rooms are spacious and spacious, clean and maintained. Your feather mattress wraps you in your sleep so you are in a cloud. Recommended!

Great Hotel on Place Jourdan. Staff brilliant and the room was terrific.

Generous rooms, comfortable beds, clean and big bathrooms. Breakfast buffet is good. Slight I issue with the fact that the hot water had been turned off in my room. Would definitely come back and give it another go.

Valet parking service. Perfect meeting room service.

Had a wonferful stay at Sofitel Brussel! Our room was beautiful and had more than we Could wish for! Staff was always happy to do Everything they can to answer questions and fullfill our requests! A Real 5* Hotel. The Highlight was The Hamamm, a steambath which we enjoyed very much. We will definetly come again one time. Thank you :)

Very nice hotel and very pleasant helpful staff. Rooms very nice and slept very well. No doubt you will get people complaining about the bed but this is such a personal thing I never bother unless really bad.

Only bad thing is that after being out all day we came back at 5pm and the cleaning staff were just getting round to our room. Not very impressed with this and will mention to reception. Our room could not be cleaned as we were recovering from a long day sight seeing and preparing to go out for dinner.

Overall the room was nice and we liked it, but as a 5 star hotel we were a little bit disappointed. I stayed there with my husband so we were 2, but all amenities were missing for the 2nd person, towel, bathrobe, cup etc..
we had to call the reception each time when we noticed what was missing.

I become a regular customer of this establishment for which the comfort of the establishment and my support on my arrival by the team is just ideal for me

As usual in Sofitel I have the pleasure to feel the quietness, to eat in excellent restaurant.
In the Sofitel Europe, I enjoyed the decoration with comics. For a passionate of Comics, it was the perfect welcome! You definitely feel in Belgium, the leading country in comics.

Gym sufficient but the steam room did not work properly during our visit.

In Brussels, I suggest staying in one of the two Sofitel, this or the other.
Here, I stayed in one of the suites but the other room types are just as comfortable. I experienced the so-called ancient and romantic: rudeness, dirt, poor breakfast, non-existent security, comings and goings without any control, bad experiences, no service that could justify the cost of very little less than the Sofitel. I am not a whimsical but I travel a lot and for other places I have many more suggestions, for Brussels this is my opinion. A smile, Patrizia *

lack of room service after 11 pm was shocking and very disappointing

Important: incorrect communication regarding transportation and shuttle services to the festivals was surprising and very disappointing.

I had emailed your staff regarding my reservation and have inquired about shuttle services to Tomorrowland. The main reason why I chose this hotel is because it is a well known brand that I had stayed in before, but also because of your stated affiliation to tomorrowland. Your staff have confirmed by email that there are shuttles to and from Tomorrowland for guests of the hotel. when I arrived, it turns out the hotel is not either involved or affiliated with tomorrowland services and the hotel staff were not able to help me, or refuse to acknowledge responsibility. when I had explained to the head of reception that they need to revise their information on their websites, he rudely stated that this is not his concern. the only people who were kind of enough to help us, were the staff of global journey, where they arranged a shuttle not just for me and my friend, but 8 other people. They even offered a shuttle for us to take us to the airports.

i won't say this is a 5 star hotel the facility is good but there is no reception at the door no one offered even to carry our bags so to say this is a five star service is imppossible this is a five star facility but with 4 to 3 star service at best but the lady at the reception was nice and cooperative

Excellent turndown service in an upscale hotel! Also, there's a wonderful park across the street. This hotel is in a very good location; bars, highly rated restaurants and the best frittes in Belgium are within a block or two!
