Good evening, February 12, I had an appointment at 10.30, at the structure of Sesto S. Giovanni, for an ecg, in view of a small one-hand operation, in day hospital. At 10.02 am, ticket time for acceptance of pre admissions, which I have kept, withdrawal, in fact, the ticket: users in the queue 28. after exactly two hours I am assigned to the counter no. 6 for acceptance and after a another hour and 50 ', finally they call me for the ecg. I do not doubt that there were many people waiting and that not all of them had only an ecg to do but, during the 3 hours and 50 I heard many complaints about waiting times. Some people close to me, said that the staff responsible for the visits, had started at 10, certainly the time decided by the structure ... I think that those who organize waiting services should keep in mind who and what to do considering especially the many elderly people who have physical difficulties giving precedence to them at least as far as possible. In any case, almost 4 hours for an electrocardiogram (about one minute) is really exaggerated!

After a small but no less important accident at work, I went from the emergency room of Ponte San Pietro (excellent) to Sesto San Giovanni Multimedica on the advice of a work colleague and I must say that I did well to listen to him I am feeling very well.
From the operating room, to the rehabilitation, I found qualified staff and, in addition to being kind and attentive, the young ladies at the ready and kind acceptance must say that everyone plays their role in the best possible way.
