I wanted to report the rudeness of a nephrology nurse.
at the entrance counter.
At my polite and timid request (I just wanted to know where it was
a doctor) he replied in a bad way, continuing to speak on the phone about his facts, however.
I had to find the doctor myself and she knew exactly where she was.
Such an attitude is intolerable especially in a department (dialysis) where people do not think they are all in seventh heaven!
It should be removed!
