Not worth 1 star. Bad attitude people where I was interviewed for python Developer first round was written coding test. Within one min of giving my paper they said to leave for the day without even checking how good I wrote. Company soon will fall down.
Very good company to gain knowledge about telecom domain
Small Indian Company that exploits employees. Few managers are too bad. No knowledge , career growth, too much work load without extra money, normal working hours are 11 to 12 hours with max 30 minutes break, they don't treat employees as human, they treat like slaves. HR policies are not good. In my 5 years career I have never seen any such bad environment. Not human friendly. Most of the reviews are fake reviews written by HR team.
So please don't join this company if you have other offer.

Not a good company for female employees. Very less opportunities, too much work load, poor management. 11 hours on average shifts no transportation at client locations. Poor appraisal. No knowledge growth . Employees are treated as slaves. Too much politics. Office location is good.

Not happy with their interview process, They called us on weekdays due to that we left office that day, they called 9 AM but they started their process at 11AM we waited there without any reason till that time.
After 11 AM when they entered into hall and started telling i want these these skills only to send back crowd,
Whatever they have mentioned skills in call letter, i had gone for that only.
If u want other things then u have to inform in call letter only because we are coming for interview on weekdays.
We are also working for somebody.please Make arrangements before calling for interview and taking that much time for experienced candidates, we are not fresher's.
Campus wise , it's fine but the working culture is not healthy
Interview consist of 5 rounds, 1st round will be GD if there are more then 10 ppl , next two rounds will be technical rounds , manager round and HR. The interview will be purely technical one and what ever you mentioned in resume.
If you are looking for stress, unhappy staff, bad dive-guides, arrogant managers, than you will find all that by Subex. Sorry, but that is really high time to say: never ever Subex!
Small Indian company with poor management and HR polices, normal on average working hours 10 to 11 hours at client locations. Company doesn't pay as per offer letter...It's my personal experience, few managers are so bad that you will leave company within 03 to 06 months..I have shared my review honestly...

Good company I attend the second round due to my fault I can't clear the technical round it a product based company .If you are a good learner this choice is the best initial pay will be less and it varies depending on your performance
