Bad experiences in the past two months !!!

Bad experiences in the past two months !!!
1) Eco transvaginal delay of 1 hour and a half and the gynecologist of an unheard of rudeness.
2) Patient of 85 years First aid for pinched finger (4 hours but it is now the
normality) postponement to the next day by the hand surgeon, appointment at 12 o'clock postponed at 14 because "the doctors are in the room but they will visit it at 14" we are at 15.40 and not even a shadow of doctors or news. At the counters they ensure the visit by 4 pm because there is an emergency but in the meantime there are 15 minutes and nobody says anything !!!!!
I repeat myself ... THE PATIENT IS 85 YEARS OLD !!!!!!
................ At 17 finally visit and tutor, surgeon and physiotherapist who have reconciled me with the whole world for their professionalism and humanity, vote 10 !! The problem of communication with the patient by the "system" remains truly unjustified, ZERO vote !!
