The kindness and organization of the call center is nothing short of painful. I was waiting 35 minutes at the switchboard to see if a visit was moved. This very rude Mrs. Maria replied ... if she gave me her real name ... telling me that I would have to dial another number. I politely asked if he could at least see if anything was released before my appointment and he rudely replied that he would not be able to access the agenda and that I would have to call back. Sometimes I wonder how people like this are lucky enough to have a job without the desire to work. Plus 35 minutes to book a visit ... maybe you should fix something.
