Waiting to book an appointment, 10 minutes as a minimum, the switchboard does not give you time to finish the sentence or to ask two questions that send you the call to the requested study, which, however, if no one answers, will leave you to repeat from the beginning the queue and then another 10 minutes of waiting. This morning I wasted 25/30 minutes and I didn't finish anything.
