My husband and I are heart patients. Until 4/5 years ago, Multimedia for us was excellence: very good doctors, exceptional nurses, excellent services, admissions from a private clinic. In addition, there was a very efficient booking service, quick appointments, very kind staff.
I don't know what happened, but for some years now all of this hardly exists anymore. What a bad deterioration.
