I'm sorry to report the enormous disservice to the ground floor acceptance !!!
The operators at the counters would need training on behavioral rules to keep with people who really need assistance.
In addition, as many as 16 usable branches, with over 60 people awaiting acceptance, only 4 were open and operational yesterday !! And besides, at one door there were three operators present on the same PC to solve, I don't know what problem that, given the waiting people who constantly complained about the enormous slowness, could be solved at another time.
A huge inconvenience, a considerable waste of time and a poorly organized service !!!
