While the service was great overall, we would have liked more frequent communication initiated by the service department given we needed to wait a week for a part to come in. We received a loaner and there was no problem keeping it longer than anticipated which helped a great deal. The texting feature is awesome but again, just would like to be kept updated on the progress before needing to inquire.
