Service personnel were very courteous and helpful. Waiting area was very nice. Washrooms were clean. I was told that my oil change would be completed in 45 minutes to 1 hour. It actually was 1 hour and 15 minutes. The entrance to the service area was congested with cars. It seemed hazardous. Overall a good experience.
