Service is slow, customer service is inadequate, and the prices don t reflect what s advertised online.
I will not be using Zeigler Buick again. When I came for my appointment yesterday, they had me fill out paperwork and sit in the waiting room. Because they estimated a 90 minute wait, I walked over to the mall. Turns out, they missed a piece of paperwork. They tried calling me over the intercom. Why wouldn t they try to contact me via phone?
When I returned an hour later, they told me they hadn t started to work on my car, and I had to wait another 90 minutes in the waiting room. Then, they tried charging $100, which is double the price shown in the My GMC app (which is how I scheduled the appointment).
