Car shopping is never really fun. Dealing with Nick DePalma was very pleasant as he was as genuine as an honest salesman can get. I enjoy dealing with people in sales that dont go off of a script and try to mesmerize you with numbers. He truly made it clear that he wanted us to leave the dealership happy and he exceeded my expectations in that regard and many others.
